Do not Hire Rich Lohoefer - unskilled, unprofessional, con artist - in my opinion

Rich Lohoefer of Lohoefer Construction lied to us, cheated his subs, and did not finish the work. The work he did was unprofessional and looked like third graders did it. Comments from other professionals on his cabinetry were: "You should have went to Home Depot" "Maybe it was his first time making something" "These all have to be fixed to support the counter tops" Comments on his finish carpentry and paint: "WOW- that's bad" "The police can always get his fingerprints from the paint smudges" We documented his shoddy unprofessional work here: https://lohoeferconstruction.com
