Order issues
All went well. On my end the internet was out & cell service was poor due to a hurricane, but this process was good on a weekend.
The agent was very responsive. Good job.

My card has no back text
My cards do not have text on the back as made and saved. Can we reprint correct the cards please with both sides.

Did not receive items purchased
Logomix is trying to steal $150 from me and I will not allow it to happen. They should be embarrassed with how Im being treated. I will not let them get away with this.

I placed an order Sat 10.15.22 via Logomix's website. Tried to cancel w/in 24 hours, no option to cancel.
Chat was "unavailable", no phone #. Spoke to Chat agent 6:00 am 10.17.22 & was told it was already being processed. No confirmation email rec'd.
Also told no phone support either. Never using them again!
Update: As of today, 11/16/22, I have not heard from LogoMix at all nor Capital One that handled the dispute with them and reversed the charges.

Preferred solution: Full refund
