Did not receive items purchased
Logomix is trying to steal $150 from me and I will not allow it to happen. They should be embarrassed with how Im being treated. I will not let them get away with this.

- - Tried to cancel within 24 hours; no cancel option.
- - Chat was unavailable and no phone support.
- - No contact from LogoMix or Capital One by 11/16/22.
I placed an order Sat 10.15.22 via Logomix's website. Tried to cancel w/in 24 hours, no option to cancel.
Chat was "unavailable", no phone #. Spoke to Chat agent 6:00 am 10.17.22 & was told it was already being processed. No confirmation email rec'd.
Also told no phone support either. Never using them again!
Update: As of today, 11/16/22, I have not heard from LogoMix at all nor Capital One that handled the dispute with them and reversed the charges.
