I can’t believe nobody proof reads the card before it goes to print

They put the same phone number on twice and two different addresses. And the print is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to read it.the website is very difficult to make changes.

Messed up order

Cards cane cut wrong with images crooked. Cannot get a hold of them to ask for a refund.

No customer service number. I am out $110 and there is nothing I can about it.

Ordered a large banner and never received it. Placed another reproduction and still havent received it.

Checked on status today and the only thing they would tell me was they would issue a refund in 3-5 days. No explanation, no follow up on order status issues, and no communication from them. As a customer, I should not have to do the communication. If they have issues, good customer service would be for them to contact me regarding their problems and issues.

Never ever will I order from them again. Horrible business practices and customer service.
