Do not use Logoinn.com.au! Scam artist and crooks!
- - Purchased $79 logo package and got four options.
- - Refund was refused after changes produced results and exact logo with a watermark was delivered.
Do do use these guys. Purchased the $79 logo package and they gave me 4 options which looks like pre-made designs with very very basic designs.
Not happy with the options, I request for changes and the result was another copy and paste job. Not happy with the design, I found an online logo which I liked and ask them to do some thing similar. What they gave me was the EXACT COPY OF THE LOGO, even with the water marks on it and put it on top of my business name. They refused to give me a refund!
These guys are crooks!
And since this company is based in the UK, its going to be difficult to raise a complaint. Not sure how the Uk consumer protection system works, for in Aus is faily straight forward.

They Do Not Deliver What They Promised, STAY AWAY!!!

Did not design the website to the way they promised.
They mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes but this is a lie, they provided me 2 rounds and then tried to charge me for each round after, this is false advertising as on their website they mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes until you're happy.
When I asked for a refund they refuse to give it and made up a lot of excuses.
I would tell everyone else to stay completely away from Logoinn as they ignore your emails and there 1300 number they never pick up and block your calls, not even sure if they're based in Australia as when you go to their Melbourne office it does not exist.

Terrible Service From Logoinn - Stay Away From This Scam Website

logoinn.com.au built my business website on a rudimentary and outdated platform.
They provided very limited service and ongoing support. When I recently requested updating to a mobile friendly and more user friendly platform they wanted to charge me for a rebuild.
This was at the same time as increasing my fees and justified it as "The Lounge" whatever that means. It did not mean improved service in my case.
My business email that they provided is constantly inundated with spam.
This was also supposed to be upgraded but evidently has not happened judging by the disgusting spam I receive. I could not be less happy with their service and would warn others to look elsewhere.
I don't often write reviews but I feel I really need to warn other consumers out there about this business Logoinn
