i purchased a widget design from them they said will be done within 3 days then i called after a week they said will do it within 2 days, then i called again after 3 days they said will do it in the next week.

then i report the transaction as a fraud to my credit card and i got my money back.

they are terrible scamming company.

The customer support you receive from Logo Experts is next to none.

At the start before I signed up they were very eager and were sending continues follow up emails everyday asking if I wanted to start.

I found their price to be the cheapest out of all of the quotes, so it was very appealing but I guess you pay for what you get and once I paid them

this is when they stopped following up with me and i had to keep emailing them to hear back from hem on how the logo and website package I paid them for was going.

I am yet to hear a response form them and it has been 2 weeks now, I tried visiting their office but was told no such business exists, now I am filing a refund claim

through PayPal, buyer beware!

4 weeks ago I had paid $495 for a website to be designed and built by Logo Experts, I sent through the payment and after I sent the payment they said they will have someone get in touch to further explain.

I waited around and did not hear anything for 7 days, I called them and the phone does not answer, I have sent multiple emails with no response, I even went to their office address and it turns out they are not a real business and do not exist at the address they have listed on their website.

I thought it was a bit strange that they did not want to provide me with their ABN so I could check if they are a real Australian business, seems I have been a victim of their scam.

Luckily I was able to call up my bank and tell them about the fraud and the bank managed to return the money bank into my account.

For everyone else who has been scammed by Logo Experts call your bank up as you can still get your money back.

I am being extorted for more money from Logo Experts.

Not only did they deliver an unfinished website which they are holding all of my back end credentials so that I can’t move my website to a different company to try and save.

They keep telling me I need to pay them more money if I want my credentials. I have sadly already spent literally thousands with them.

I wish I had done my research. It is clear that I’m not the only one who has been scammed by these people looking at the other review on here.

Just wanting to share my Logo Experts review and experience I had with them.

The example website designs they present as past work are on a completely higher level of quality to what they actually provide.

So I decided to contact a few of the websites that they sent me examples to and turns out they never heard of Logo Experts and said they did not build their websites, false claims by www.logoexperts.com.au

They promise in their phone sales pitch that you can get a refund if they do not deliver a suitable website design, this is completely false and they refuse to offer a refund after you've paid and they

have now blocked my phone number so I have to call them via a private number just to get through.

The website I was after was just a simple 7 page website for my business so I could get my brand online and show my past work, so nothing to hard, not sure why they found it so hard.

Decided to pull the pin and went elsewhere, just be careful when using www.logoexperts.com.au
