FAIL AT WEB DESIGN

They start off strong and then fail at almost every turn. I bought their Brand Package in March and am still months away from getting a website delivered. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND READ THEIR REVIEWS ON THE WEB PRIOR to engaging this firm. I wish I had. Read the other reviews and the complaints at the BBB California. Do not consider this firm for web site design, the price is attractive, but the cheap becomes expensive very quickly as it will drag on and on. Anyone considering this company feel free to contact me for a complete blow by blow review of the shameful work they tried to deliver. j.magarity@***.com

Lousy customer service

It started off well but when it got to the details, it went right down the hill. They do not listen to what you would like fixed. They apologize, take a few days, then send you another link. Guess what? It is the same, nothing has changed. At this circle keeps going round and round. It is past ridiculous. Never, ever do business with this company - you will totally regret it. You can even talk to them on the phone - it doesn't help! Nothing does. You can't get to a person at the top who might actually be able to help you. You are screwed.
