I was hired to work for them, after months of contacting Mr. Chris Simpson, I even contacted the company and has been chatting with Michele, for more than 3months not a single response coming from them. I didnt get the payment of my work and all the files were submitted to them.
They dont value the time and effort of the worker, I really needed the funds since I was in a bad situation these people have no heart.

I was ordering 250 door bags for my Grandchildren's Halloween party. All of the bags clearly said, "NO ARTWORK OR PLATE SETUP FEES PLUS LOW FLATE RATE OF $5.95 SHIPPING".
the first thing they told me was that shipping had gone up. OK! I get that. Postage went up several months ago and they weren't managing their website.
I ordered a name tag and the bags. At checkout, I was being charged $65 for plate set-up fee for the bags. I called the company and their attitude was, "Oh well, too bad- so sad" and they would not honor the posted disclosure on the website. ALL of their bags had this disclosure in the description!
I asked them to respectfully honor their website posting - it was the RIGHT THING TO DO!
I also suggested they revise the website so it wouldn't happen again to them or a paying customer. I will be writing a letter to my company because Logo Spectrum is one of our business affiliates.

I ordered business cards and name tags nearly 10 days ago (job completion 3-7 days-I should've canceled immediately. Who takes that long???) and I CANNOT!!
get a status on my order despite calls and e-mails.
In fact, the e-mail response (auto email) said that my inquiry was of low priority. Really?
Just an awful experience so far.

I received our name badges yesterday and you cannot read our logo. The proof looked fine.
The badge is silver in the background and in real life, the logo goes away against the silver unless it is shining sideways in the light. Want to see if the company will reprint the tags this once on white so the logo may be seen and then moving forward we know it won't print on reflective colors.

Awful Experience.
Waste of money and time. Customer service doesn't exist and they claim that they sent emails that they never sent. They also claim not having received emails in response to what they asked.
A definite no-no for the future.

Terrible
Would not recommend ordering from them. I placed my order over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived.
I've called them four times, and each time they tell me my order will be on my doorstep the following Monday. The first time I called, they told me that my order hadn't printed correctly and that they would send me that one and the correct one would be on its way soon.
It still hasn't arrived. Wish I had seen these reviews before choosing to do business with them.
Does not offer returns
How do you not offer returns. Especially if you don't know if the item is to small or to big on you.
That's horrible customer service and return policy. The company doesn't even offer to give your money back. They even told me I can purchase a new one for 50% off and keep the old one. That's even more money coming out of my pocket.
I've never heard anything like it before. This company is truly a scam. Do not order from them. I'm totally shocked but not surprised.
Do not order from them. I highly recommend shutting this business down if I can.
I don't know how many customers in the past has been scammed by them. Customers and Buyers be aware of this company.
ID badges
Awhful company, wish I would have seen the reviews before I purchased.
They first shipped my ID badge to the wrong address, then they lied about the day my item would be shipped, I still haven’t received it yet.
Logo Spectrum "owner" incompetence
Just witnessed a fellow colleague on the phone with so called "owner" Michelle who was rude from the start. Badges were not inspected prior to being shipped.
Font was unreadable and badges appeared cheap. "Owner" Michelle also wanted to charge our colleague shipping for to return a sub par product that Logo Spectrum touts that their "lead designer" was "quite happy with the final product".
With three other realtors within earshot of this rude"owner" we all agreed to NEVER use them and to make sure everyone in our office knows about how they handled a top performing realtor who wheels a lot of influence within this company!! Unbelievable the incompetence and juvenile customer service.
Logo Name Badge - VERY POOR QUALITY
I should have known better! Buyer Beware!
I'm glad this is the only item that I ordered from this company and it will be the last! I will pass the word on to my agents as well! The logo and lettering SHOULD have been UNDER the domed acrylic not DECAL stickies glued on top! This will be rubbed off in no time at all!
So disgusted! I have an old badge from my old brokerage that was made right and lasted for years! That's why I knew this was not done correctly! We live and we learn!
I will NEVER order anything from Logo Spectrum again! Cheaply made excuse for a product!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
We ordered over $3,000 worth of shirts from Logo Spectrum (logospectrum.com). After receiving the shirts (over a month later), and being lied to about the shipping date, they were very cheap and did not fit the description of the shirts we thought we had purchased ("Silk Touch").
We contacted the owner of Logo Spectrum (Chris). He was very unapoligetic and put the blame off on everything and everyone but his company. He finally agreed to give us a $500 credit. We denied, stating that we DO NOT want to purchase more *** from this company!
We then tried to call again to discuss a full refund. At this point, Chris denied even speaking to us and would not take our phone call. We have reported Logo Spectrum to the BBB.
I would never buy from this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone considering if there is a problem with your order, it will not be fixed! BAD BUSINESS!

Logo Spectrum Magnetic Name Tag Review from Lake Worth, Florida
The quality for the magnet/name badge is very low. Looks beautiful but stones begin to fall as soon as I started wearing the badge.
For $40+ definitely a waste of good amount of money! They replaced the first one but second one was no better. I have to glue back stones and since I have the first badge o can take them off of that one. Once glued on the stones don't look as nice.
I emailed them again but no answer/response. I will not be ordering from them ever!
Never Use Logo Spectrum
Worst company I have ever dealt with! You make a guarantee and never perform! You incompetent employees can't even copy an address correctly onto a shipping label. I never received the order because of that incompetence and now I won't receive the order in time for the convention that I order the shirts for. And your customer guarantee won't reimburse my credit card for an order that I now do not need! BAD business! You shouldn't even have a guarantee if you can't perform!
I will be contacting the BBB and suggest that Berkshire Hathaway not do business with Logo Spectrum!
