I was told she had no knowledge of triple diallers being illegal and to just cancel it next billing cucle as they couldnt give me a refund.

RUN! Do not use this company. They were untruthful about the time they said it would take to have the logo (three-5 bus days). They emailed a day after purchased that it would be 8 days.

After calling repeatedly, they said since we had already discussed the completion date (apparently them emailing is "discussed"), they could not refund or do anything about it. Absolutely terrible customer service.

The manager is always out of office. 10/10 would never recommend this company/ The only reason they have business is because someone in marketing knows SEO, and how to get them to the top of google.

Don't expect to get a logo similar to the ones they have on their website. The logo designs I received looked like they spent very little time on them. I wouldn't be surprised if they spent less than an hour on our logo design.

They always take up to the very last day to get back to you on any revisions and string you along just hoping that you'll finally give up. I finally gave up trying to get a decent logo from them, now we are going to a professional designer. You'll be better off with a different company.

Logomojo is really in it for the money, they are horrible at getting back at their customers and their designs are not artistic at all. I had to literally engage with them over with the e-mails and they want you to pick a logo within their "already" made logos that they tweaked.

Often times it is not original at all, I bought their gold package a while back and at that time they verbally agreed to help me but now the company is different and they are charging $69.00 so that I can get my gold package.

Please stay away from this company you'll definitely not like their designs and you'll have to stick to their schedule and end up with a product you won't like. Unless you write a lot of e-mails to stay on top of them.

Logo Mojo - an online logo company charges 299.00 for a logo design, which they say is fully refundable. NOT.

They did not deliver a suitable logo, I requested a refund, and they have strung me along for months. Now they don't respond to my request for a refund at all.

They did NOT deliver a logo, and they have my money! They refuse to refund.

Please do not use their services, if you don't want to get ripped off. They should not state that they will give a refund, since they do not give it. They obviously state this so that you will spend your money, and not receive anything in return.
