These scammers have done the exact same thing to me and my company that you hear described previously. These are two bid, lazy, incompetent, greedy, lying *** I am looking into suing these crooks and have a current claim with my bank against this company to retrieve the near $3k that they extorted from my company!

This company is not worthy of 1 star. We need a option.

Engaged with this company to build and maintain our business website and paid them approx.$8000 for the work. After months of back and forth communication they gave us a website in another language, spelling and grammar mistakes and the contact number and address was for the US, we are in Australia.

Despite asking for corrections they didn't provide the services we paid them to do and we don’t have a website for the $8000, yet they refuse to refund. After making contact with services in AUS to help us the Logo Jeeves Company agreed to refund the funds. Still to this day we have not received our money, they kept it. It's been 4 months now!

Their website also offers a full refund/money back guarantee which is not true. Logo Jeeves where is my money???

Fraudulent bait and switch outfit. Avoid!!!!!

These guys are horrible. Only good at lying, and calling you off the hook to get your business. If you've ever "inquired" to "get a quote" and left contact details, they will hound you. If you hire them, the quality drops below sea level and even then, it goes deeper into the blue. Quality is non existent. Lies are in abundance. They'll play games with you till no ends.

All first class scammers from the Phillipines. Mostly doing damage control so they can scam your money and you cannot get a charge back from Visa because too much time has transpired.

I contact Logo Jeeve to update both my website and paid them 60% to get started . The web designer they assigned name was Dewyne .

This guy had know earthly idea what the *** he was doing . My two websites represented different companies . He would take information from one site and put on the other site that had no relations . I finally got fed up and requested my 60% totaling $900 .

I also notified Chase bank ang created a claim . Whatever lie they told the bank , it worked I never received my total refund that were put in Writing by their Excutive Finance Manerger Alan Thompson . My personal advise is to get the 100% satisfaction guarantee in writing pls . Customer Service means everything to me when I spend my hard earned money.

If I treat my customers the way Logo Jeeves treated me ! Both my companies will not be in business .
