They try to do things on the fly resulting in designers making quick sloppy designs. Be sure to not send any image references or they will copy those in there own way. That money back guarantee is a lie too. They just ignore me when I emailed logo design team to tell them there service is not what they said it would be.
You have to understand every customer is unique and when you to close your ears to one of use it is capable of interrupting someone’s life and business by trusting a bussiness like you that fails to follow through with what they preach. So disappointed, and I should only have to ask once to get my money back, if I realized you were in Europe I would have thought twice since I can’t call and talk. Find someone who works with you rather then basing your design exactly off your words.
That form you fill out they take ever word literally. Ahhh I could go on but you get my point.
Terrible customer service

The logos that were received were juvenile. We send detailed instructions with over 8 images of what we wanted. None of them came even close. When a refund was requested within the 45 day time limit they have refused for 4 different reasons and are now unwilling to respond to any requests. The precious responses were only an attempt to solicit additional services and they had the audacity to include payment links.
I will be filing a grievance through paypal and also filing a deceptive practice claim against them for wasting my time.
I have been fighting for over a year trying to recuperate our money from this company. Terrible waste of time and money.

Ask for quote for redesign and get an email back quickly with a link to purchase. After paying through PayPal the company has never contacted me, returned emails or produced any designs. When using the same email for another quote they respond immediately for more business but using this email to ask for status on the existing payment sent I get no response. The review sites on the web with logodesigns as top design company are obviously part of this marketing scam. There is no communication and no refunds from them after doing no work.
Logo Design Team Just Uses ClipArt & Won't Refund

I have recently had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with this company (www.logodesignteam.com). They were great at first. They sent me the questions they wanted answered right away and got the first set of logos to me within a few days.
Then the issues started. They did not take into account most of the things I wrote when answering their questions...colors, type of logo etc. I emailed detailed explanations of what I was hoping for. The 2nd round of logos came and it was like they didn't even read my email. I tried again...said maybe I wasn't being clear...asked them to please let me know if there are questions...I didn't get any response. Then I got another and another set of logos that just completely ignored my feedback. I finally stated that I wanted to be given a refund. This was after 4 weeks of trying to get them to pay attention to my requests. It has now been 3 more weeks since my first request for a refund. I have NO usable artwork and now almost 2 months of my time has been wasted. On a side note, the ONLY communication I get from them is this cut and paste email with new logo links attached. I cannot get a human being to actually respond to ANYTHING I’ve said or asked for. This has been SO FRUSTRATING.
Because I was so unhappy with their designs I went online to create a logo myself. Within about 5 minutes of looking for stock images I found the clipart they used in my designs! They say VERY specifically on their website that no clip art will be used. My logo was supposed to have a cartoon animal in it...in one Google search for cartoon images of this animal I found all the clipart heads and bodies that they simply downloaded from Google Images. They took these copied images, added my company name and tried to call it a custom designed logo!
Overall, as of today, I have lost 7 weeks of time, I have absolutely NO usable artwork (or even good ideas for that matter), they have my $199 and they are ignoring my requests for a refund. I even gave them notice that I would post my experience on every review site I could find and they still didn’t respond. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. I am now calling my credit card company to file a dispute and hopefully get my money back that way!
