In July Logan arrived at my house an hour late to install an outdoor air conditioning unit as well as a furnace. They had run the drainage pipe for the furnace in front of my hot water heater and told me that if anything goes wrong with the water heater, I just needed to cut the pipes out. I contacted the service manager and the pipe was fixed before the installers left for the day. It was then found that the job was still done incorrectly. There were leaks around the furnace unit, they had used a brick to level the fiberglass pad under the outdoor air unit, and had melted electrical tape around wires in the back of the outdoor unit and left them hanging out. I contacted the install manager. The next night they returned three hours later than I was told and used dirt dug from my neighbor's yard to shove under the pad and fixed the wiring. When the county came and inspected the unit, I was told that they had used the wrong fuses and was not supposed to use my a/c until it was fixed. I have contacted Home Depot (through whom I contracted Logan), and they have been acting as mediator. Logan returned again, brought the wrong fuses again, but eventually repaired the issue. Logan has informed me that they are willing to give me a service plan for my trouble. I fail to understand why I should trust a company to service a unit that they could not install correctly and why I am paying the same amount as someone who had the job done correctly the first time, not the third.
