I've been living for less than a year, and this place has been nothing but a rip-off. Right from the beginning, it's been nothing but problems.
Before you move in, you have to pay a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee, but they didn't clean the apartment from the previous tenant. So they clearly pocketed that money. I moved into a unit with roaches, broken appliances, and a door lock that jams. Within the first month, I had a leak in one of the bathrooms, issues with the toilet, and a broken dishwasher.
All of these required multiple service requests just for them to half-ass complete the work. The first four months of living here, they were overcharging me for utilities. Come to find out, they did something wrong on their end and attempted to profit from their mistakes. Also, on the first day we moved into the apartment, we advised them that one of the rooms we couldn't use because the floor hums and vibrates from the unit below.
They came out and said they could hear the issue, but they would have to talk to management. Well, management has been blowing me off about the issue for months. They even ignore certified letters demanding repairs. I've also had to fight with them about cleaning the hallways and stairwells.
They charge an extra $20 for common area cleaning, but the cleaning lady only cleans the leasing office and the surrounding area. There has been dog *** garbage, and homeless people's clothes in multiple stairwells for over four months now. They just close out the service requests and keep collecting the extra cleaning fee. In fact, all of the CAM expense fees that they charge are not being used for what they claim.
All of the CAM expense fees are more than $200/month, and they just pocket that money. It's a shame that they can get away with this. They charge $20 for package lockers, but they just leave your packages on the floor. Many of my packages have been stolen, and they don't care.
I tried my best to look into this apartment before moving, but they clearly abuse fake Google reviews. After every negative review, there are multiple 5-star reviews that are generic with no description of the experience. I even noticed when they close out the maintenance request, you'll receive an email asking you to rate the service. If you leave a positive review, they'll redirect you to Google reviews, but if you leave a negative review, it'll just send it to management, to which they never respond.
This place absolutely sucks. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. EVERYTHING. Walking around, washing clothes, flushing toilets, taking a shower, and even washing their dishes.
DO NOT TRUST Cushman & Wakefield.
Do your research and talk to the residents on the property. You'll quickly see how dishonest the property management company is.

I am moving. Since we will not pay the charges that is not on our lease.
7100 lofts said we had to move. So we will be moving. They are not willing to work out anything with you. They try to say you are the problem.
This is the first time I ever had a business not go by the lease. So they're going to continue to add charges to your bill every month. I advise everyone to relocate. They put a eviction notice on my door 4 days prior rent due.
They will not accept my rent. Said it is a partial payment. I am paying the rent that is on my lease.
This is not an honest company at all. Time to go.
Charging prices that's not on your lease. When you ask for explanation, they are not willing to explain properly.
Every month it's a different price. $200 to $400 more. We also have to pay two electric bills, one inside your unit, and you also have to help with the lights outside the unit, which was never explained to us when we moved in. They also are charging for attorney legal charges, which I never signed up for, and I do not understand.
Also charging late fee $99 which is not on the lease. It is $25. If you can help it, please do not move in this building. It is an illusion.
It is unsafe. There is no security, cars been getting broken into regularly. And they do not care.
And also cameras that do not work. All management do is tell lies to cover their *** And the customer service is awful.

Management didnt think our color has money and denied our application without reason and having perfect credit- Good thing because I saw reviews from past tennants- Reached out to corporate to never get a call back- BLM will be hearing about this to bring this place down-

Terrible Place!
o yourself a huge favor and do not move here! This was our first time living in an apartment complex and just moved to Vegas from the East coast so we didn't know any better!
After 2 months on a Friday night a water pipe broke in the unit next to us, the water rushed right through the wall and completely flooded our apartment!! The manager took the weekend off and we were left homeless, sleeping on the floor of a friends 1 bedroom apartment for 2 nights. The manager did not care at all and when I talked to him about it expressing how upset I was the office girl, Gabby told my husband I was out of line! This is the SAME office girl who is SOOO unprofessional she actually got into a FIST FIGHT with a RESIDENT and still has her job, while the resident was evicted!
It took over 2 months for us to be moved back into a 2 bedroom after the flood, we were squeezed into a tiny, dirty 1 bedroom. When we finally got back into a 2 bedroom the unit was not even cleaned! The floors were so black I couldn't believe it! I was also attacked at the dog park because no one keeps their dogs on leashes!
Again, the office did NOTHING! A woman who regularly has her dogs off the leash has called my husband and I *** (in front of my daughter) because her little dogs keep running after my 2 large dogs?! I called the office several times about it, nothing was done until 2 days before Christmas when we got a letter saying OUR dogs are a nuisance and we were told we need to leave peacefully or be evicted! We follow the rules, have our dogs that we pay $50 extra for a month on leashes and we were told we have to leave?!
It is a blessing though, because this place is the worst!
The office doesn't give a *** about anything, people are constantly smoking *** and you can smell it throughout the hallways, the walls and floors are so thin you can hear every single noise! There is NOTHING professional about this place, and pretty much any apartment complex is better!!

The Apartment Complex known as the Lofts at 7100 is the worst. There are trash problems which bring rats and bugs.
Pitt Bulls on the property and parking problems. The police visit frequently and management does nothing. In my opinion no person should rent at this complex. There are numerous better options for far less money.
I think that everyone should avoid the lofts it is horrible. Do not rent here.
