Heel on shoe is faulty. You cannot see but I can feel it

Please send a return label. I have a beautiful pair already so I know something is wrong. A picture will not show it. This is the third time Im writing this complaint

Complicated return

I was in Montana a month ago planning a big wedding in Hawaii. Lots of online shopping and many of us ordering shoes from you. Shortly after I returned, I got a severe case of COVID, and am just now trying to get my life back on track. I see that you have a 14 day return policy and I need to return a pair of sandals. Obviously I missed the deadline. I would now ask if you could waive the deadline and help me to return the shoes.

User's recommendation: Everyone who ordered shoes for this destination wedding was more than satisfied.
