I was in Montana a month ago planning a big wedding in Hawaii. Lots of online shopping and many of us ordering shoes from you.
Shortly after I returned, I got a severe case of COVID, and am just now trying to get my life back on track. I see that you have a 14 day return policy and I need to return a pair of sandals.
Obviously I missed the deadline. I would now ask if you could waive the deadline and help me to return the shoes.
