I had to hire an attorney to take the owner Lori Lascola to small clams court. However she needs to be served. She has eluded the constable and private citizens attempting to serve her.

On July 28th I booked a room at The Lodge on the River in Bulhead Ciy AZ on their website. Upon arrival I was given room 112, (a mini suite).

When entering the room I immediately noticed the room was filthy. No sheets, no towels, no toilet tissue. I also noticed the sliding glass door that is supposed to be double paned, one pane was completely shattered. glass shards in the the door pane as well as glass shards outside the room on the ground.

The door did not lock. I immediately took pics and headed to the office. They claimed the room had already been clean and they do not provide any linens. The ice machine was broke, the washer/dryer was broke.

The owner Lori Lascola became irrate with me and canceled my computer reservation, making it look like I never showed. She refused to refund my money telling me I would have to go through the 3rd party company in which I reserved the room. I USED their website to book the room.

I am still fighting this, and have to go to civil court to try to get my money back. An absolute horror of an experience.
