- - Loderin ships from China and sent EU 38 instead of EU 36.
- - Refund denied for the wrong size.
They still refuse to refund my money, even though they made the mistake of shipping the wrong size. They want me to pay to ship the shoes back to China in order to get a refund.
It costs more to ship them to China than the cost of the shoes.
I don't think I should have to pay to ship them because they are the ones that made the mistake and shipped the wrong size. They should take responsibility for their error, pay to have the shoes returned, and refund my money.
I ordered a pair of Salkin shoes in a women's size 6, EU 36. Loderin ships out of China, which I didn't know, and sent a EU 38.
They refuse to refund my money for their mistake of not being able to read and sending the wrong g size. The wording in their emails is rude and insulting, if you are lucky enough to even get a response from them at all. They didn't answer my emails at first.
They want me to pay to ship the shoes to China! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!
