Awaiting refund!!!!

loco2.com provides online service to buy travel tickets within Europe. I used theonline service when I was in Rome, Italy in June 2018. I bought online train tickets from Rome to Venice (return) on loco2.com website. The train trip on Italo train to Venice was delayed well over 2 hours. Italian law stipulates that given the over 2 hour delay I should receive a refund for my ticket. loco2.com customer service has not responded to my inquiries nor issued a refund of US$82.00 I wrote a reiew of the Italo train delay issue and loco2.com got back to me a day later ( June 27th) that they would check into the matter. That was over 10 days ago and no return from loco2.com. I have emailed there customer service department and have receied no response.
