Lock tight, impacted windows the worst! I repeat THE WORST!

Fair warning
Do not let these guys service your Hurricane window needs, The headache from these people the missed days at work, on days that they said there were coming and didn't show up, the mess that they left behind at my home
The unreturned calls, I ordered my windows from a guy named Paul America after he took my order I never heard from him, he answered my text maybe one time after many unanswered CALLS, when he finally called back it was With a bunch of empty promises, I could never get an expected date for when my windows will be coming in, once the windows arrived almost a year later they sent me windows that I didn't request the window were clear, and I toll the guy (Paul) that I did not want my window to be clear because there is a lot of sunlight that comes through the window that come with heat and causes the house to be hot during the day, and I specifically explained to him that the windows needed to match the community do to the association rules, the windows came bent scratched used looking (not new looking at all) when they came to install the windows it was a nightmare the guys were sloppy messy and loud, they damage walls inside my house and the building Outside the installers put windows in the wrong places, I had to constantly call them to have it changed, on top of all the headache, THEY FELLED INSPECTION!!! And had to reinstall my windows. I don't wish this on no one that's why I'm writing this long review, during inspection the city inspector was so upset after his second visit and said to them that this is dangerous and that they are putting me and my family at Risk for harm, at this point I've had it. These people at lock tight actually tried to debate with the city inspector that's doing his job to keep home safe!!

I could not believe it.

My brand-new home which is only 2 years old now looks like a home that 10 years and older after damages, I've had to purchase paint on my own to repair areas that they damaged both inside and out.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!
