The absolute WORST Customer Service I have EVER Received 0 Stars!!!!!

I called to give this company my business (property management Co.) & couldn't even get their 2 reps to let me finish my sentence, bc they just assumed I was a sales call. THEN bc I called back to speak to a manager they put me on redial. I received 90 CALLS from them. They missed out on business.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!!!

Locksmith showed up on time; reason for 2 stars. Service was unprofessional, curt and overcharged for simple rekeying (I provided hardware). He charged $29.99 (not $19.00 advertised; switch and bait) for service call and $120.00 for simple routine rekey. Usually, service call charges are included if services are rendered. Attitude was rude and curt, when I tried to bring this up, and did not clean up afterwards. Horrible experience. BUYERS BEWARE!

This company not recommended this is scammer, the guys, he trying to hook me up to charge me $290 dollar for on handles that i was lock, he trying to scared me too with my 2 years old daughter that I hold on my arms, this is unprofessional, don't trusted this company, not recommended! They even give a reciept and they what a cash only,

had an auto lockout, website said average 15 minutes wait for technician, technician said 30 minutes, took an hour. website said car lockouts started at $35 , technician tried charging me $220 after just using inflatables to pry door open. extremely misleading advertising and blatant extortion of stranded drivers.

User's recommendation: call a local place with high reviews, not the first ad result like this.

Poor quality service

Hacked up my door jam and door, finally removed cylinder. Cant reach the so called manager unless you call at 8 am. People who answer phone hang up on you if you push to reach manager. Sketchy business. And charged me over $680 to boot. Stay away from this company. They are not responsive and they are a rip off.

DO not ever use this service... Gentleman showed up...cut 4 keys and re-keyed 2 deadbolts and proceeds to tell me $400.00...Literally done in 15 minutes!!!! Website states Residential lock re-key "starts at $19.00 This company has no right to include "Veteran" in their company name! End result...tech called owner...military discount and $185.00 instead of $400.00...which is still BS!

False Advertisement

I chose this company because it was listed that the service fee is $19 to come out, so I had a locksmith come to my house. When the locksmith technician came out, he charged a service fee of $50 plus $150 to change two locks. The door was opened, so he did not have to pick the lock to change the lock. This is truly false advertisement according to their website. http://www.locksmithveterans247.com/
