On Thursday January 31st 2019 my family went out of town for a family gathering and had arranged for a house sitter, dog sitter. The house sitter dog sitter accesses our home through an access code through our garage.

On TH Jan 31st 2019 around 1210pm our house sitter dog sitter called to let us know she could not access our house through the access code that opens the garage door because the garage door would not open. We did not leave the key to the front door because of leaving the code. Around 3pm we decided to call a locksmith service to unlock the front door for the sitter. The key to the front door lock was inside the house in a bowl on kitchen island.

Our sitter called 1-74*-994-**** and was given a quote of 100- 125.00 to open the front door. The technician arrived around 4pm to unlock, open the front door and after opening the door wrote a work order invoice number 10795 and charged 223.16. House sitter dog sitter called us and we asked why was it so much more but house sitter was in middle of us and this locksmith so the sitter paid the locksmith technician and we immediately reimbursed the sitter through pay pal. We called the number the house sitter had called 740-994-**** to discuss the charges and had our house sitter text us a picture of the invoice which we have as proof.

When we called TH Jan 31st 2019 the same day someone answers like a call center then we were routed to someone else. The female who answered the transferred call told us she would contact the service technician and call us back with a resolution after looking into into the matter and give her 15 minutes. We NEVER received a call back back from anyone, not in 15 minutes, not in 4 days. We called 740 994 **** again today at 9am Monday Feb 4th 2019 same routine, someone answers the phone, gets your information says they will call you back and you never hear back from anyone not from any number.

We waited today Feb 4th 2019 until 1pm to call back again. I called, someone answers, you give your information, explain everything again, you are told they will contact a supervisor, contact the technician, told you will get a callback and you never hear back. It is now 430pm. We called once we arrived back home today from our travels around 2pm and we were transferred to another supervisor named Meghan?

Also spoke to a Tiffany? At 2pm today we were told by Meghan if we were home they would send the technician back to our house because we came home to our front Anderson outside door wide open sprung open! We called Meghan several times and also others because no one called us back or came to our house to check the door or discuss the charges. We have been told several times we will receive calls back but no one calls back.

We were last told Meg would call us back in 2 minutes, she did not. We called back again and were told the supervisor Meg went home for the day! We were also told a technician would not come back today because they are "slammed" and they would not send anyone to check repair the front door. We wasted TH evening waiting for a call back and most of today.

We were a victim of a bait and switch on price, lied to repeatedly, given different stories of why price was 223.60 not 125.00 now have a damaged sprung front door. There is NO phone number or address on their work order invoice. You are left with calling 740-994-**** maybe a dispatch number then you try to get a name, number, address, name of technician and are repeatedly told someone will call you back. No one has EVER called us back and we are left with a damaged sprung exterior door and overcharged for opening a front door.

Technician had told supervisor he had to open 2 locks and its on work order, but he did not have to open 2 locks only one lock. We were also told technician had to open 2 doors, again not true because it was only the front interior main door. Thankfully our phones record calls and we have record of all calls from TH and today as proof. Again we are waiting for Tiffany?

to speak to technician or technician supervisor about our front exterior door and refunding the invoice because technician was dishonest.

Do not use this company because can not get any help resolution and we were over charged, lied to, multiple times told we would receive call back, told by Meghan a technician would be back out if we were home then Meg just leaves for the day. We are still waiting for Tiffany to reach this technician or his supervisor and yes they all say they own the company.
