Lockheed Martin created a simulator Prepar3d. As a developer I highlighted some of the issues with their simulator and they banned me from their forum.
I have no issue with that. They are however refusing me access to the downloads that I have paid for which I think is illegal. I have complained to them and I was told that I need to make a special request to gain access to MY download links.
It is common behavior for LM to silence their critics even if the criticisms have merit. They are bullies and the simulation community need to be made aware of this.

Lockeed Martin doesn't have any idea of what a customer is, they deny phone calls to request information of their products what I am interested to pay for it. I request an official quote and they send me the URI of their licenses online, are you serious?
even that I explained I needed it in my company to place the order, imagine if this is now what can I expect if I buy their product, never mind. I will definitely explore X-Plane and Ternion products for what I have in mind.
Pleas think twice if you really want to use their products or collaborate with them for professional businesses.
