I purchased. a. local vanity number. from this company. for my business. I corresponded with them multiple times. to assure that once I purchased the phone number. I would own it for my business. I have copies of all the correspondence assuring me that. the number once I had purchased it. would be mine to own and transfer wherever I want it. once. I purchased the phone number. the transaction was processed. and the money was taken out of my account. 2 days later I received a refund. and was told if the cost. was 3 times what I had previously paid.
