Scammed by local booty.com
Scammed into signing up for membership by fictitious females, mentioned in terms of agreement as virtual members . Several attempts to recover my membership fees have been met with not our policy to return funds .
Something has to be done about these fraudsters as they are going unchecked. This is a joke ,it is fraud to make false claims in any shape or form. Please take this matter to the highest counsel , this type of *** should not be tolerated on any level .

I have tried 5 adult datting sites all advertised as free,the best,real,etc!Claiming to have 100's or real local singles waiting to meet each other.They were all fraud,false advertising,grossly misrepresented etc! Their tiny print,so long that it's mind boggling,terms and conditions,so unlike their big as life banners of advertisement of free,real etc.
will explain that you knew it was fake the whole time and was only a form of entertainment and you agree so their obligation has been fulfilled!Even if this page they send you was non existent in the ad.you used to sign up.Last I knew,to collect a fee for a service based on false advertising,misrepresentation and fraud was illegal here in the USA!
They conduct their mischief And collect fees over many state lines.This could be a matter for interstate commerce or even the US ATTORNEYS GENERAL OFFICE. One thing is for certain,in our times meeting and datting people is time consuming,expensive and dangerous.A smart mind will come along and realize the potential of a real datting site and lay the scammers financially waste (they will be dung in the street).
