I've been in practice for 38 years, 27 of them in my own practice. I started up with LSFD 3 years ago and only wish I'd done it much sooner! Dentists are notoriously bad at business and promotion, we have more than our hands full with doing great dentistry, managing staff, overhead, dealing with dental insurances, etc. No matter how well intended, we are simply not able to devote the time and efforts to promoting our practices that it takes in today's highly crowded, competitive dental market.
