Not receiving my wire transfer money

I did a trading and I was in it about 3 weeks. I decided to leave it and the man I was speaking to didnt like that idea that I decided to leave.
I made money on it and now Im waiting for a the wired transfer which is taking longer than it should be. I need the money. Please help me get it back .
