Very unsatisfying no help what so ever
I simply asked for an email yo be sent to me and i wad told it couldnt be done .very poor service up until then the service was great but it sure turned sour!!

- - I took a loan with Loan Express and had to stop payment.
- - I was told I couldn't get another loan and I don't recommend Loan Express.
I had got a loan with Loan Express and when it was close to the time to pay it back, I had to put a Stop payment on it, because another bill had came out of my account the same day. They did get paid the amount that I owed, with extra for Fees.
I contacted them and was told I couldn't get another loan ever. I wasn't aware that I couldn't put a Stop payment, and I didn't know how to get in touch with anyone.
So, needless to say, I'm not impressed with Loan Express! I don't recommend then whatsoever.

I can't remember what she called it. But she did her best to reassure me I was goin to get my loan and the problem to be fixed before the days over.
