Loaf N Jug

Talk about poor customer service experience. I had plenty experiences throughout the years. But this exchange I had with the employee there at the closest loaf n jug to where I live. That I had been a customer for at least 5 years. That's many visits I had and money spent to that location. All in vain, and some for apparently over the mistake and non acceptance of there mistake. And pinning it all done on me, resulting being banned apparently. Since I'm told so when I visited today pulling money out the ATM. And let me go ahead and explain what happened. Bout two weeks ago, I stop by and forgot to being some scratchers I bought earlier that day over at a smoker's friendly and purchased them I got smokers friendly with credit card. which learning that day is something some stores now do allow in Colorado as being one of the few States that does so now so after learning. I forgot scratchers to turn in. I decided to see if I could purchase a couple more since I was there and after putting my card in and it declined. the store clerk asked me if I was trying to use credit card. and I said yes I did try. I'm guessing your store doesn't allow it. I purchase some at a smoker friendly earlier today just to let you know that some stores do. I came back an hour later apparently that employee told his boss and immediately said I knew better. and I'm confused and I said what do you mean you. He said I should know better not to purchase scratchers with credit card. I said I'm sorry but you probably don't understand that some stores do allow it and it wasn't against the law for me to ask and try to do so earlier today. I guess he remembers when I brought up about my coillod cyst in my brain disability. As he started referring to that. Saying I know you have a mental issue, and have trouble thinking and all. But that's still no excuse for what you did, and is non excusable. I said, that's very discriminating, and was wrong for that. He said , just because I have that issue, that it doesn't make the situation any better. Than asking if I told his employee earlier if I mentioned I went to other loaf n jug and they allowed me doing that transaction that he is giving issue to now. I said he was lying that I did not say that I said smokers friendly was the store I said I did that early today. He wasn't having it and told me that he wasn't going to cash in my scratchers at that point and tell me to go. which I did I didn't say much I said I'll talk to your boss about it. which I didn't. I let it go. wasn't that big a deal until the next time a week later. I was there for purchasing a couple items and I saw that boss. and I told him hey you should Google it but some stores do allow it here in Colorado being one of the few states that does allow it. He said I know. We just don't. I said why did you give me a hard time and not service me that day. Saying that I'm making a big deal right now. I said no I'm just bring it up to you so you know. which turns immediately into violence. He tells me pretty much that he wants to fight me. I said whatever, and not now when your working Then another employee there said for me to leave which I did. Making it seem like I was the one wanting to fight. I left I don't want no issues and that's when I was banned. because the next time I came in today I'm being told I'm not allowed. instead of that guy owning up to his mistake of making it seem like I'm doing a crime in first place. which I wasn't. and he owning up to overreacting. It was only my fault then I was being violent. Since he has an issue with me apparently. So banning me and a very long customer that brought much of my business to that store. is then cut off because of this one person's decision and it's just so wrong I was willing to let it go I was in trying to talk to about his boss about it but since he being really immature about it I have to report this and report to the boss now.
