20% Cancellation fees ripoff customer thinking they didn't know the fine print!!

This junk remover company charges 20% cancellation fees, but according to their policy, it was prior to the day of scheduled booking. I requested cancel booking immediately after placed the order which was 6 days ahead. Loadup company was doing biz to get money, otherwise why charging fees that wá unreasonable, maybe CS didn't realize my booking wasn't next day, but further down the week.
