Fakery ! Returns are started online with their site & then they make you use an email conversation they will approve the return and tell you to use the portal.
Its a hamster wheel. Only 39 days to return , its been weeks I cant get a return the repeated portal returning to email with no help.
I emailed asked gif return address to do it myself cannot get address . No answer they take your money at 30 days .
