Took advantage of me because I have Cancer

On February 18, 2013 I ordered online a Legal nurse consultant package from RN Market. That same afternoon I went for my routine mammogram and unfortunately a mass was found and I received devastating news that I had breast cancer. My world was changed forever that day. The following week, after a world wind of testing and physician appointments I contacted RN Market on 2/27/13 via phone and spoke to Kim Arena. I informed her of my diagnosis and that I had not been home to receive my package from RN Market and needed to cancel their product at that time. Her first response was shockingly cold, she stated, “a lot of women get breast cancer, you’ll need to talk to the owner about this and she will need to see a doctors note PROVING that your diagnosis is true” she went on to state “I am not saying that this isn’t true, but some people may be dishonest to get their money back.” I was disgusted with her response. On 2/27/13 I did attempt to reach Veronica Castellana on her cell phone and left a voice message. In addition, I attempted to reach her via email, please see scanned Doc # A On 2/28/13 11:08 am I received an email from Veroncia, please see scanned Doc # B, as you can see from her email, she stated “You will need to provide in writing via USPS a letter to our offices, showing why you are in need of a refund with documentation.” Her reply, from 2/28/13 10:46 pm, “we do not offer refunds without written notice via USPS.” Please see scanned Doc # B (She offered me a refund with proof mailed thru the USPS and I obliged her request). On April 12, 2013 I sent proof of surgery via certified mail as requested from Veronica from my surgical oncologist. Please see scanned Doc # C and C1. RN Market did receive this on April 15, 2013. Please see Doc # C2 On March 13, 2013 I had a lumpectomy. A few weeks later my genetic testing came back positive for the BRCA gene. On June 10, 2013 I had bilateral mastectomies with reconstruction and a hysterectomy. On October 16, 2013 I will have my final reconstructive breast surgery. As you can see since February I have been concentrating on my health and healing. This diagnosis has been overwhelming and has required mine and my family’s full attention in the recovering process. The bottom line is I never received the product, and the owner agreed to a refund. I deserve a full refund of $6,790.00. Please read this and reply to me with any questions. This company is awful for what they did to me and simply ripped me off! Please Help! Thank you Lydgia V Gaderick

I've been thinking about doing this but your story turned me off completely. I can't deal with this company knowing how they responded to you while you were going through such tragedy.

I'm terribly sorry! I pray by now you fully renewed!

Veronica is extremely rude to work with. She talks over you and does not listen.

She is a total bully. Waste of money!

Thanks for posting this first rule of nursing is compassion I was contemplating this but refuse to give my money to someone who has no Compassion for your situation and dishonesty when she promised a refund if you supplied proof of your diagnosis.
