I received as much help as possible, but not being the correct area, they could not help me. The gentleman that answered my complaint did try to do everything possible.

Information needed re closing of account

I received an email from Lloyds to say that they do not do business via email only via their app. Which puts me squarely back to where I started.

I need someone to point me in the direction of the correct department in order to close an account from overseas. Phoning is costing me a fortune as I am passed from one dept to another.

I am based in South Africa and need information re the closing of an account at LLoyds. Phoning internationally is very expensive, especially when I don't know which department to contact - imagine being shunted from one dept to another for an hour at ZAR to GBP rates!

Ideally I would like to email my information to one department and have someone take ownership of the issue in order to expedite the matter. But no, Lloyds does not seem to operate via email.

Antediluvian to the extreme.

Problem logging in.

I cannot logon to my currency internet account,because your automatic phone machine is unable to get through to my phone.

My number has never changed and it worked up to a month or so ago.

I spent over an hour talking to 2 of your staff last week and all they did was get me to change my phone banking password!

I cannot afford to keep phoning from Spain,hence this message.

I can give you my account details if you message me back.

Lloydes closed my account with a text message when I was the one that disputed things on my account I dont have any money for food for anyone in my house or to pay my bills it was all in the lloydes bank they wont give me access
