Manager problems
So the manager who was there in the Menifee store expected me to spend $270 on a reptile that she said I could not hold I could not see how I bonded with the animal or the animal bonded with me though I am a experienced Tegu owner her Pride went very deep and said that she was the manager so I had to follow her rules

Stole my mono
Vet says the lizard was dead a week before they sent it to me. That are crooks dont buy from them the lizard had a disease and my dog died

Order issues
I ordered needed items on the website. Two days later, I am told that my items were out of stock, so now instead of waiting 3-5 days for delivery I now will need to wait 3-5 weeks.
They took my money quickly. Now, I cannot even get a hold of anyone to refund my money (since they did not uphold their end of the contract-having my order in stock at time of purchase). I work until 6pm and there should be a customer service agent available to assist with these problems.
If you do not have the item in stock, then be upfront with your customers! I will never shop from this pace again, as you cannot be trusted.

Worst delivery pachaging on live animal and product
9-27-2017 order arrived and it was damaged due to poor packaging and packing. Cricket keeper was stuffed into a box entirely to small for itself.
Then of course the bafoons at ups camt handle anything with respect either. LLLreptile cust service is rude. Live cricket arrival of 500 1/2 inch crickets shows up in a 5in by 5in box. Loose grating inside killed a 3rd of these tiny insect that measure 1/4 to 3/8 inch.
They did arrive on time and the package with the keeper arrived a day early. Doesnt matter everytime we have ordered from here the experience is bad.
I will inform all my clients not to order from LLL reptile during next herp expo. I will keep my business local in Texas.
Customer Service "not good".
Bought a Exo Terra light from them and it never worked. Tried to get my money back and was told I have to go through the manufacturer for a return....
geeze really! I contacted the help desk at Exo Terra and she was appalled that I was treated like that and LLReptile is their supplier and LLReptile should have sent me a replacement.
This is the worse customer service I have ever received from a company that is supposed to put customers ahead but not the case. I will never buy anything from them again, this is what happens when a company grows and they stop caring about the customer.

I lost a Savannah monitor and ordered one from this website, arrived cold and dead, gives you a little paper saying It might be hibernating so let it warm up for two to three hours, my *** *** it's hibernating just making up a bs excuse to cover your sorry ***
Review about Bearded Dragon from Toledo, Washington
The people are great to work with. The animals on the other hand... save your money.
I put 114 in to an "adult" bearded dragon,
She showed up timely.
But her nails are over grown, she is a little on the thin side, and she had missing scaled in her tail/a ***..
Emailed them and still haven't heard back..
LLL Reptile & Supply Company - Bad Reptile & Poor Customer Service
It has been a number of months since I purchased my reptile and supplies from LLL Reptile & Supply but and I wanted some distance in time before I wrote something. I find it unfortunate that this company can get away with providing low quality wild caught reptiles but tell their customers that they are captive bred.
I should have known better because so many of their reptiles at the show looked like they were kept in containers too small for their size. It appeared to me like the Ball Python I purchased was okay and they said it was captive bred so I fell for the great price. Well, long story short the snake never ate and when I took it to my vet and they found a heavy load of worms. This guy Loren (I think the owner) told me that after 3 days they are not responsible. He said that his Ball Pythons are not captive bred and that no one would have told me that. The snake was not a lot of money so I wasn't going to sit on the phone and argue. It is simply not worth my aggravation.
I live about one and a half hours away from them so I decided to take a trip to see their store. As I looked around the store I began to realize just how low end this reptile store portrays itself. Do yourself a favor and look for companies that actually breed the reptiles they sell. This company does not breed anything. They simply buy from whom ever sells them reptiles the cheapest. This means you get what you pay for - Cheap Reptiles.
In the end, if prices are cheap there is a reason for it. I admit that I was foolish and bought by price forgetting that quality and customer service has a cost to any company and if the price is too low they can't provide the customer with either. This is obviously the case with LLL Reptile and I hope you learn from my experience.
