Faulty head on lladro

My lladros head is very loose and looks like it might soon fall off

The lladro is a lady holding a basket of pink flowers with a dog at her feet

Date on bottom is 1977

Number K-11 A. Also a 55 number on bottom

can you recommend any type of glue I can try and secure the head on?

Part missing from my order

Broken part not replaced

I purchased a vase from the boutique in Valencia. Upon delivery the lid was broken.

It has been 4 months of waiting. Still no lid. The manager supposedly shipped a new lid. Unfortunately she put an incorrect address and provided an incorrect tracking number.

I spent hours communicating and still received inaccurate information.

I am requesting a full refund as the value of the piece is significantly reduced with no lid. DO NOT BUY FROM THE BOUTIQUE IN VALENCIA.

BTW, DHL didn't deliver anything on 12/23or24/23, as the website indicated delivery could occur. They were closed because it was “the weekend, and we're closed on weekends.” No special holiday schedule.

So, it's another lie. I was told this by a nasty DHL representative.

Inquiring about Order #200023****, placed on 12/19/23 for item #0100****. The website said Order by 12/20 for free delivery before 12/24.

Well, I just got a notification from DHL that it will not arrive until 12/27! I paid $40.00 extra for 1-2 day delivery, just to make sure it got here on time for Christmas and so I can wrap it. Can you please see if there is a faster way to get it here? It is for my daughter for Christmas and her first child!

Please help so I can give her that very special (and expensive) gift.
12/25/23 ADDENDUM: First of all, they ordered it from Spain (it was supposed to be from their U.S. warehouse) because they happened to run out and they did not inform my of the issue/delay until I called them. I spent numerous hours on the telephone (both talking and on hold) with Lladro and DHL (their carrier). I was told by Lladro Customer Service that there is no way we can change or modify the order, once it is placed and they cannot (or will not) contact DHL to try to expedite or reroute the delivery so it will arrive by Christmas, which contradicts what they promised on their website in the days before Christmas.

However, I ended up contacting DHL several times (and spent several hours) to get to the right customer service person who would divert the package to a local distribution center. It was held there and I was able to pick it up on Friday, 12/23/23, three days after I ordered it and two days after it was shipped from Spain.

Now why couldn't do that?!? I mean, they're supposed to be CUSTOMER SERVICE, aren't they!?!
