Bad flooring that was sold too us
I bought flooring alot and I just finding out it was a bad product I got a email saying this flooring had a issue with locking in place we had to pull this flooring up 3 times because it keeps coming apart it was coreluxe rvp8dh-n driftwood hickory we bought it from the Florence ky store this is not right please help now all of a sudden there not selling this no more I got a email from the store saying it was bad flooring how do we get our refund please

I was involved in a class action lawsuit against all and was given a $363.00 voucher that isn't accepted by LL Flooring. My store credit voucher has no expiration date, so I'm confused about why they don't accept the claim.

My floor has warped water was on the floor for two hours and it is supposed to be 72 hours before the floor is damaged this waterproof laminate flooring from LL flooring, which is a lifetime warranty

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Flooring came , took 7 weeks.
I placed my order on 24-11-10 and put it on my credit card. My receipt said delivery in 2 weeks, not almost 2 months.
I finally received a call this past Sunday saying the order was in. I finished picking up my order yesterday. I will probably start installing next week or in two weeks. I have never had a problem with them in the past.
I'm not sure if it's because of the bankruptcy and them being bought out. The communication was just terrible.

No one at Williston Vermont ever picked up phone for 2 weeks, told 2 weeks for wood, going on 6 weeks without an answer

I purchased two bamboo transactional strips. The seller at your Greenville, North Carolina store was notified at the time of purchase that one was damaged where he did not check the items before selling.
When I informed him that I needed a second transitional strip, he said that it was going to be $25 charge for an in-store transfer. I purchased two strips. I expected two strips with no additional charge. We need this matter resolved as soon as possible.
Furthermore, I have purchased from lumber liquidators in the past and I had excellent customer service.
Furthermore, I feel that someone from management needs to check on the store for the two times I have been to it Ive seen your employees outside the front doors smoking, though no one was inside, but still there is a certain amount of professionalism that needs to be conducted at all times. I am a project manager for three individuals and I have two rules 1 the customer is always right and 2 if the customer is wrong referred to rule one.

I have a question about a gift card that I have
not a thing I was just trying to find out if I could have my gift card honored I have no problem with lumber liquidators. Theyve always been helpful with supplies and customer service.

Have heard NOTHING from them, either to offer a refund or status. I'm now beyond pissed and the Better Business Bureau has been contacted.
Purchased flooring on 9/22 with the understanding that one T molding would be shipped the following week (and paid $25 for shipping). Never received it, corporate has no record of it, now they've changed names and have no record of it even when presented with the receipt.
It's not a large amount but I want my money refunded. Will never do business with them again after this fiasco.

I received a store credit voucher in 2021 from a settlement. It was set to expire on 8/26. I recently tried to use it, but the store in Vermont would not accept it. I just want a check issued for the amount of $249.53 to go towards the flooring that I purchased.

I bought laminate for my den. when putting it down I found that it would stay together.
I then had a pro flooring come in and take it up, and put it down once more they had same problem. I was never give a copy of warranty by LL flooring. I filed a claim they ask pics which I sent to them. they told me I had to have the floor inspected which cost 600.00 out of my pocket now I paid 1200.00 for laminate, and 1500.00 for contractor to take up and put back down now they want me to put 600.00 in the floor.
It is dream Home. Also the inspector will a mim of 120 days. I have contacted the store 8 times for help no luck they will not even call me back, and sent e-mail to home office in Richmond Va they will not e-mail me back. If I would have seen the Warranty I would not have got this junk.
I also did not ask for refund just a store credit. This flooring will not stay together long ways or width
