Wrong parts

Hi last month I bought three seats for my car. one for drive side and two for the Second row. The model the car its 2013 Ford Explorer XLT. The drive side its wrong because had extra wire Connection, unfortunately the power switch it no working for move the seat. For the second row I was asking for captain seats, and I got itwrong they send me twice wrong, they send me I long seat that called bench for 3 people at Second row. For that car I have captain seats. Now I got it only one working the right side.

Problems issue with lkq santa fe california location

Hello, we had a very bad experience with the Santa Fe Springs location in California. We have been clients of lkq for about 15 years and until a month ago they changed the place to pick up our orders, we found that they give us parts that are not ours.

, free parts without invoice and our orders that are what we really need are incomplete. So we went to talk to the general manager named Steven, who did not answer us and does not answer our calls and also called us cheats when he knows that we honestly return the parts that he gave us for free., We currently have a small debt to it. Which we do not want to pay until they complete our order or give us credit for the parts that they did not want to give us, in addition to the fact that by order or support of Mr.

Steven they do not want to accept our returns we do not know where else to go to resolve our complaints I hope someone of you can listen to us. Thank you

I haven’t gotten a call back

I had to put to put in a warranty claim on a new motor I got and its been almost a week and havent heard back on whats going on with it after I recieved the first call. All I know is my vehicle is still at the shop with no working motor and the shop seems clueless as to whats going on

we spent over $800 for extended warranty on the engine but when we found out the engine is bad they denied the claim for no obvious reasons ... we'll see them in a civil court

I purchase a part from LKQ online and then cancelled because I noticed they had the wrong part listed. They took the money out of my account as soon as I placed the order but made me wait 5 days for a refund and then the refund was incorrect..

Poor Service/Unacceptable delays in the delivery of parts

Good aftenoon. My name is Rhoney Triplett DBA TA Sales. I own a car lot and I do a lot of business with LKQ Bham as well as the pick your part places in Chattanooga, Huntsville, Nashville, and sometimes Fayetteville. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've receive on my current orders. I called LKQ Birmingham (CJ is my rep) and placed an order for the rear driver side door on a 2014 BMW 328I approximately 2 weeks ago. I was told it would be delivered on Tuesday (April 27) or latest Wednesday (April 28). So, I paid LKQ approximately $50 more than I could have bought the door for from another junkyard because it saved me the inconvenience of traveling 70 miles to get that door. Today is May 5th and the door still hasn't been delivered and the driver said that the door will not be delivered until tomorrow at the earliest. After the door didn't show up on Wednesday of last week, I called and was assured that the door would be delivered the next day. Then I called on Friday May 30 and was told the driver attempted to deliver the door but no one was there. The driver apparently said he tried to call but no one answered. I can tell you no one tried to call me period. I called again on Monday, May 3, and was told that the door was on the truck and would be delivered, but it never arrived. I called again yesterday, May 4, and talked to the driver who told me that he had the door on the truck and would deliver it. The door still didn't get delivered. When I called this morning, the driver said that he just never made it to the delivery location and told me that LKQ is short staffed and he has to make deliveries on two different routes so that's why the door still will not be delivered until tomorrow at the earliest. This is outrageous in my opinion and is actually costing me money given the vehicle cannot be sold until it's repaired and is accumulating unnecessary fees on my floor plan because LKQ cannot efficiently and effectively provide the basic service it stated it would provide. Furtheremore, I ordered an alternator that was supposed to be here Tuesday. The driver said that was on the truck but then removed for some reason. Today is Wednesday and to my knowledge, it hasn't been delivered yet. Therefore, my mechanic has been unable to use his bay for 2 days because he removed the part based on the delivery of the part on Tuesday. My previous experience with LKQ has been good. However, lately it seems that LKQ is experiencing significant issues regarding being able to deliver parts in a timely manner. I think in the future, I will need to use LKQ as a last resort as opposed to the vendor I call when I'm in need of parts. I'm sure I'm not the only Customer experiencing these problems. Please do whatever you can to ensure that I receive my parts tomorrow. Thank you in advance.

South Bend pick a part charged for extended warranty .said company policy. Went back in and complained. And give back money .also pretty sad, you change an environmental fee .you guys feel people to death. Will have to reevaluate. Where I get parts.anymore.

Try to take a part back a transmission pan

Did not want to refund my money for a transmission pan because the ink mark was not on the pan. It was just bought 2 days ago. The person in charge was a *** about it They can take that place and put it where the sun does not shine. They want me to put a dirty pan on my transmission cleaned it up before I put it up there to see if it would work it washed the marking off I told him I could take him right to the vehicle I from they steal money from people they need to engrave parts
