WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. OWNERS RUDE, LIARS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND I HEARD THE MALE OWNER IS A DRUNK.

RIPPED US OFF, DIDN'T COME AND PLOW, TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MANY SENIORS IN THE AREA, DID A HORRIBLE PLOW DRIVE (AS IF INTOXICATED), RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, STOLE OUR MONEY, EXTREMELY PISSED OFF - SPREAD THE WORD. EVERYONE KNOWS NOW - THEIR BUSINESS FAILED AS IT SHOULD.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PERSON (MALE OWNER). PLEASE DO NO FALL FOR ANY SCHEMES ABOUT THIS COMPANY OR IF THEY EVER CHANGE THEIR NAME JUST KNOW THE NAME SHAWN RAYMOND AND STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING PLEASE TO SAVE YOURSELF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

I paid LJR Property Maintenance / S & K Snow Removal $400 to plow my driveway for the winter but when it snowed they never plowed. When I called them, they said they didn't need to come out – but I had over a foot of snow and ice over my driveway.

Attitude was uncooperative, rude, zero customer service. When the weather cleared up, it was frustrating because all the other driveways in my neighborhood were dry/clear, but mine had tons of ice and snow left on it because it wasn't cleared properly. They came out once and plowed…and it was a poor quality, half-hearted job that left tire tread marks all over my lawn. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and wouldn't have hired them if I could have done it myself...they took advantage of me and they know it.

I warn others who might be considering dealing with this company.

Avoid them and call someone else!!
