Extremely dissatisfied with Hausner Const. warranty.

First thing, they sent out the wrong color. So we had to wait an extra month before they could start.

We had installed (2) patio's. 4 months later, I noticed rust starting to form on all the base supports. I called Hausner front office and I explained our problem. They wanted pictures of the support bases.

I sent Melissa pictures, she said she will get back to me in a couple of day's. I waited 7 days called back and got another girl who was rude and said Melissa was out. I asked Melissa would return my call the next day when she returned. Another week went by, no call.

Finally, the 3rd week, I called again and got her. She was extremely rude also, stating they do not warranty materials supplied by their installation team. I reviewed their website, and it states lifetime warranty. Also, they state that all materials are powered coated.

I called for the 4th time and asked to speak to the owner, Melissa told me they are out of town, and she will have them call me in a week. It has now been 2 weeks since I have not heard anything.

Preferred solution: I would like my support bases to be replaced and powered coated not just painted like they are presently.

User's recommendation: No I would not use this company ever again. Beware of there slick sales pitch.

Poor support

Horrible Post-Installation: The initial work and interaction was super and all 5 stars. But after the first heavy rain, there was a serious bend and damage to the patio cover from poor management of rain from the house roof.

They have delayed responding many times and first claimed the damage was from a tree branch (no trees over the patio cover) then that I sat on the patio causing the damage. Still ghosting me and not support. I've been waiting on a promised call back for a week and nothing.

Don't use them as once the bill is paid you mean nothing to them as a customer. HORRIBLE experience.
