Lack of communication

I am a bonus mother and not allowed to have access to those emails or text messages when the school is closed or dismissing early. The parents work and are too busy to check emails. When I requested to obtain these emails, I was told to enter my email into my husband's account - however, the IT team could never fix his account to accept any other emails other than his. That account is still not fixed and I still have no clue when issues arise and I need to pick up my child. I took this issue to the Board and was told because I am not a parent, I was not allowed access. But I was asked to be a chaperone? Great job!

Rude customer service and invalid policies

I opened an account because of their incentive "$150.00 deposited into your account after 10 transactions/days." I waited for my debit card to arrive. One week. Two weeks. Three weeks. No debit card. I called and was told my card had been activated. They changed all the information and requested a new card. A logical person thinks that I still have 60 days. A week later I got the card. Started making transactions and after 10 waited for the magic 150. Never happened. Apparently I was to make magic transactions during the first 30 days without a card.
