Why would a company say they can cover your sofa from top to bottom for 5 yrs, and back out of it because the sofa cushions are not covered? After owning a sectional from them, the cushions are in poor quality and saggy after a few months. This coming from a manager named Jackie from Buena Park Corp office. Buyer beware of disposable furniture from them.

Two months waiting for shipment one was sent to wrong address, i had to wait another six weeks before they reshipped it, yet no manager can account for the delay of two pillows, unbelivable in august they said it would be sent now they say sept. 12. Do not pay for VIP Care Protection Plan. They do not honor it and make every excuse why it is excluded. I wish I'd read all the reviews before I shopped at Living Spaces. I feel very deceived and angry I paid good money for what I bought and now that they have my money they just push my concern aside as if to say "Your bad, suck it up." Shop elsewhere and don't reward their bad service with your business. Hope they go broke soon. They all charge...

Shame on you Living Spaces! Buyers beware. If your furniture needs any type of repairs whether it's under warranty or not good luck finding a manager that will contact you back and follow through. It's been 4+ months and we still have a broken chair. The managers always seem to be in meetings. They don't follow up! I feel sorry for the customer service reps who answers the phones.
