Living lean
Hello my name is Laurie. I purchased a trial for living lean twice and when I went to the website to cancel they tell me that there is nothing of my email or name or credit card in their system.
This has been going on for almost a week and I am getting very very angry with this company and I am starting to feel like I am getting ripped off and that is because the company living lean says that they send a email out not true at all I haven't received one yet. they lied to me.
Took unauthorised ammounts of money
Wu Yi source company used my credit card details fraudulantly. after getting a direct phone number to pay £2.
99p for delivery of 40 tea bags they took £17.44P, and within two weeks took another two payments (UNAUTHORISED) a total of £84.00 from my visa account. BARCLAYCARD cancelled my card, and put an alert on my account. Barclacard are now trying to reclaim the money, but it remains as an outstanding payment against my name. This company also trade under the name wu yi usa. the two payments totalling £84.00p.
was collected by a company named wu yi ti. in the usa.
Took money from my account months after I cancelled with them
cant beleave that they have still have been taken money out of my account when it was cancelled not only was it cancelled but l also had sent the item back unopened and l never received a rufund what a scam they had stated that you would get a full refund with any unopened item which l did not and then they say cancel any time thats ok l dont get an item but they take my money out of my account for something l dont even get would not recomend this company to any one have emailed them but to no reply guess of to the bank to have them stop taken my money thanks alot
I was scammed by Wu-Yi source
I just went to look at my account balances online, and found a charge to www.LIVELIFELEAN.net was pending. I had not heard of that website so I went to my address bar and typed it in and hit enter.
It came up as 'not able to view content', so I went to www.Wu-Yi.com to try to see if I could cancel my Wu-Yi source account online. When the page came up it had a warning about Wu-Yi source being a scam, and it described exactly what they did to me. I tried to call the number that was on my account summary for Wu-Yi source, but sat on hold for ten minutes without my call being answered, so I finally hung up. I called living lean and told the lady that answered that I wanted to cancel my membership with them because I did not have the money for it, but she said I could not cancel it for the month of July because they had already charged my account.
When I told her I did not have the money for it and that I wanted to cancel it now while it was still pending she again said that she could not, but that she would cancel it for August, so I am paying for a month of service they are not going to allow me to use.
I was not told another company was attached to order
Ordering Wu-Yi tea was an unfortunate deception, in that they attach another $19.95 per mo. charge through the company Living Lean.
The good news is, when I contacted Living lean, 1-86*-396-****, I spoke to customer service, asked for a superviser, and was refunded 5 months of charges, sticking me with only two.
I consider myself fortunate, and must say that the staff for customer service for Living Lean were very curteous and helpful. If you call to cancel, make sure you get your verification #.
I'm pissed that I got scammed, but I'm pleased that Living Lean was responsive.
Wu-yi tea
Does anyone know how to stop this scam..l can't get anywhere with these people. I have tried to call e-mail, even sent a certifed letter, and never had not one response. Do l need to close my account at the bank. They stop payment and they still try it every month.
These people have no heart at all. I guess they found there way of geeting rich.
What really makes me mad that Ophah had this person on her show, and said it was a good thing.
It makes you wounder if she is getting a cut of the pie.
PLEASE..
e-mail me @ rchesley2@***.rr.com

Scammed Too
I have already contacted this company about charging my account and now they have done it again. They took it off for one month and I tried to tell them I did not order anything.
Well, they have charged me agin and I STILL have not ordered anything, NOR have I received anything. I feel like this company should not be allowed to used the internet illegally. I am going to contact my attorney about this.
Companies like this are what give legitimate comapnies a bad name. If you cannot do business honestly thsn you should not do it at all.
They have Scammed me!
I keep getting charged, I cancelled the tea and I ended up getting another box...I still keep getting charged for the Living lean thing every month. I'm changing my bank account because I am sick of things like this.
I think that someone needs to find out who the owners of this company are and shut them down, then they need to reimburse everyone who has been scammed in some way by these people, I do plan on changing my bank information so that I dont keep getting these charges.
It is extremely ridiculous how things like this happen.
I cancelled account but I'm still being charged
I did a trial subscription and cancelled before the 30 days were up. This was in February 2008.
They continue To charge my account til today. I called the company again in May to make sure they stop debiting my checking account. They said that this would no longer happen but it still is. I got charged by Live Life Lean and Wu Yi Source for the total amount of $50.
Something must be done with is company. They don't even put a invoice in the box that is sent to me. Scam!!!!
I followed all the requirements to cancel but they have not followed thru on their promise to cancel if we wanted, no questions asked.
Wu-yi-source diet tea company:::and livelifeleancompany
I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED THIS COMPANY TO TAKE A TOTAL OF $96.75 OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT, ON JUNE 23, AND AGAIN ON JULY22. I CALLED THEM, AND MAILED THE TEA, AND 2 SHORT PAMPHLETS BACK TO THEM, COSTING MORE MONEY, AND I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD HAVE MY MONEY SENT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.
WHEN I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT, A BALANCE OF $9.67 WAS ALL I HAD, AND THEN TODAY THEY TOOK OUT $59.85. HOW CAN PEOPLE TAKE SUCH ADVANTAGE OF POOR PEOPLE.
I TOLD THEM I HAD 3 DEATHS IN MYFAMILY IN THE LAST MONTH(WITHIN 2 WEEKS APART),AND DIDN'T HAVE A JOB, MY HOUSE AND CAR ARE IN THE PROCESS OF REPOSSESSION,BY AUGUST 1,2008,AND I GOT PAPERS FROM MY HUSBAND FOR A DIVORCE, SO THERE ARE PEOPLE STILL STRUGGLING TO JUST SURVIVE IN THIS WORLD,HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
I am really pissed,,how can they charge you without permission
How can a company like that do this to the people. Charge you without telling you,, just like that.
Mothers f.......I can't believe that. They did the same n thing to me,, when I looked at my bank account. They were charging me $89 or $99. For heave saike.
What is the matter with you people. You think you can make money over us. When your Fu,,,, tea is non caffeine.
I almost had a heart attack. You don't have any right to even take our numbers account from the bank without letting us know. That is "theft"

I can't believe you people. There is NO such thing as a 'free' trial.
READ the terms of service agreement!!!!! You said yes to it when you gave them your account info! If they really were stealing, the wouldn't be open! Why would something that is free, need an account number?
Further more, why would any company send out products for free hoping you idiots like it and ask them for more, and then charge you? As I said, read the policy.
It's a contract. That's why they CAN charge you.
You guys all are saying the merchant stole form you. But, you willingly gave them your account information to get a 'free' product.
Children, nothing is free. READ the agreement when you are ordering anything. The agreement states you will be billed after a 'trial' period and you will be signed up for livelifelean. It's all there.
Ignorance is not an excuse. it is your responsibilty to read what you are accepting, if you don't it's your own *** fault.
call this number 1 86* *** ****

I ordered the Wu-Yi Souce Tea and was charged $82.96 in March 16,
2008. And ever month after that. I'm
getting charged $19.95 for 4 months
so far. They will not cancel my order.
But it took me a few months on my
credit card to realize it. All I know its
a scam. The tea does not work.
Everyone should go to BBB.org and put a complaint on this company. I already did.
