I placed an order and it went through. I got an email saying they would notify me when its been processed and shipped.
I never an email from them so I checked two days later and my order had been cancelled with no notice! So I placed my order again and same thing happen again. No notice! And no reason why it happened!!!
Note the same on over and I cant get what I needed any more. I tried emailing them to ask why this happened and never got a response horribly experience

You cant get the r-gift card to work on PRIME or their website cannot even speak to an actual person, I wouldnt rate you ONE STAR like I said in my email if my granddaughter didnt want these particular shoes believe me I would of been done ordered from another company and would of paid double the price as long as I didnt have to deal with this company

Shoes I really liked were on sale so I ordered two pairs. I have had 0 communications but you have my shoes and I have already paid in full.

Missing order
It's been a month and I still haven't received a shipping notification $65 dollars for a pair of sandals for my toddler granddaughter is not something I have time to mess with, she'll out grow them before they come in

I received in an email a 25 percent offer, but when I go to the link the promotional offer is not given -at the time of checkout. Not sure why I received the email when it doesnt even give you a code to type in at checkout to receive the 25 percent discount.

Received email coupon this morning!
Just wondering why no one could answer my calls earlier this week when I requested a coupon; on a second call to L&;;L someone finally responded with "we don't have coupons" and nothing for shipping and then TODAY a coupon for 20 off! I have recommended your product to so many and bought for my granddaughter.
Apparently retention has no bearing on customer service. I am shaming myself for being so gullible. I am sure a local store that is struggling will have similar products and sale prices, and coupons.

I noticed how quickly my order was acknowledged and processed when I ordered. Might want to try to add that speedy quick service to the front end!
