Possible lemon

My Forester has been great until it hit 16,250 Miles. I have had check engines lights going off and the traction control system tells me it has been disabled.
I brought the car back to Livermore Subaru to have it repaired.
They told they had to pull the exhaust system off and drop the front end to check every thing out. That is not what i want to hear happen to my 16,250 mile forester. This seemed to fix the problem for a week.
On thanksgiving the check engine lights came back and the traction control turned back off . I called the livermore store to bring it back.
The operator told they could not get it in till latter that week. on 12/5/19 at 2 o clock i showed up at this location, where what looked to be the service manger was behind the service counter, he told me he would get someone to help. After a half hour of waiting and watching the survive staff just walk by without saying a thing. I left super pissed.
I called in on Sunday and talked to the sales manager on staff, who assured me the survive manager would call me back to get this resolved. Little to my surprise i have not heard anything from this location.
So ya pissed customer here. Not really because Livermore service is understaffed and overwhelmed but because this
forester seems to be A LEMON.
O ya i forgot the spot of rust that has been forming right above the windshield sense i got the car.
Apparently that is unfix able.
One more code. and i will want Subaru to Buy this car back as a lemon
Preferred solution: Full refund
