They do not honor they ad revenue payouts to stations
It's like pulling teeth to get a station revenue report. When they do finally give you one, it's 8 months behind. Customer service is always "we're working on it" which they rarely ever are.

Could never reach anyone
365 stay open 24hr, i need help with the radio station no response to any question? are concern that i have. trying to set up payment plan to response.

It sucks!
DON'T GET IT!. I can't even use my printer when I want to print a quick document to my clients unless I log in to live 365 and your internet connection HAS to be working. Then there are extra mouse clicks & hoops to jump through I have enough passwords to try to remember without this. It controls your printer and I don't have time for that ***. Unfortunately some *** at my work decided we all have to do this and we've never even had a reason to take advantage of their extra *** "features". It's a waste of money!

No refund received
I contacted Live365 when word of their demise became public. I was assured I would get a refund for the year membership that I paid for in advance. It is now the end of April, and I have not received my refund. Emails bounce back from all of their addresses. Very frustrating. I'm pretty sure at this point its theft. If there are people that paid for a product and didn't receive it and Live365 took our money and won't give it back, that should be illegal. I understand that their shut down was done quickly, but they had a responsibility to the customers that paid them in good faith.

Received No Refund from Live365
I paid for an annual subscription in early December 2015, which means I received less than 2 months of service when they shut down. I emailed for a prorated refund, providing all information, and immediately received a case number. But that was just auto-respond. When I followed up later, I received another case # for inquiring about the first case #. Their phone number is still active, but you don't get anyone. They clearly just kept the money people had paid in.

Live 365 did not pay promised refund.
After two months, I have yet to receive the $36.00 or so refund promised by Live 365 after they went under. It looks like they have taken the money and run! In my several Emails back and forth with them regarding my refund, they were quite nasty, and gave me all sorts of excuses as to why my refund was taking too long. Since I am required to provide 80 words, I will just say that this was a very, very, very, very, very unpleasant experience!

Thieves!
I have tried to cancel this for about 8 months!!! They said they would do it, they said they would refund it...but nothing. Now I log in and everything I click on such as My Account or Contact does not even work! I saved all the emails with them, but I'm at a loss here? They stopped replying and now you cannot click the 'contact' button. How are they getting away with this??? Does anyone know how to get them to stop stealing from me? If anyone knows what do do, please post it so we can get out of this mess!

Live365 will not respond or return my money
After multiple attempts to cancel my Live365 account due to their double billing me, I finally got their billing manager to promise to return my money. The only reason they promised to refund the money is because they reluctantly admitted that I had sent them an e-mail cancelling my account 3 months earlier. They had even sent me an e-mail saying they were refunding my credit card account. After 4 months,nothing. No refund, no responses to my e-mails, no calls and no money. I have had nothing but lies and empty promises from these people for the last six months.
