I purchased 2 Fancil mirrors for seniors, but now I realize they are not as serviceable as I thought. The 10X view has no purpose, and the mirror is not as portable as I perceived.
How do I return them?
Thanks,

Verified Reviewer |Live NOT LIVE
Kelly and Mark should not say their show is LIVE when it is NOT! Just admit it is a rerun and we won't be upset, but you shouldn't indicate that it is live (by showing today's date) when it obviously is rerun.

Verified ReviewerBOSSUPCOSMETICS” - 14 year old entrepreneur turn success story
Meet Aaliyah Arnold, the 18 year old Founder and CEO of BossUp Cosmetics!
At age 14, Aaliyah started her 2nd official online store, "BossGlossCosmetics" (Known today as BossUpCosmetics) Where she sold lipglosses ranging in a variety of different shades and colors.
Aaliyah continued to grow her brand, expanding her initial product range of glosses to eyelashes and eyeshadow pallets. Aaliyahs passion for lipgloss started to expand into other areas in cosmetics.
Aaliyah knew her brand was not based solely on gloss anymore. Aaliyah felt her business name should reflect that growing interest as well. In 2019 she made the big decision to change her name from BossGlossCosmetics to the name we know today BossUpCosmetics.
BossUp goes went viral!
In December of 2021, with the overwhelming online support, Aaliyah couldn't do it on her own any longer. Her mother, Wendy, quit her corporate job to help run BossUp with her daughter!
Our favorite duo partnered together to the BossUp we know and love today.
Unfortunately Aaliyah a former victim of school, bullying due to her eczema, which led to her transition to homeschooling after a child pulled a knife on her in the school bus line. Her parents had enough at this point.
Undeterred by these challenges, Aaliyah's entrepreneurial spirit flourished.
January 2025 Aaliyahs dream came true the department store TJ Maxx has collaborated with her company and all of her products are now in their stores nationwide. She is a big fan of Kellys and would love to share her story on her couch on the show
