What ? You set yourself up to be hacked, that's what.

You had better get that computer scrubbed and sterilized TODAY.

You must also notify your bank and credit card company to consider attempted charges by this company as unauthorized. Please work on your spelling, grammar, and syntax.

This company is 100% a scam

one of many cookie-cutter tech support scam operations out of India. they use the existing infrastructure for legitimate support centers to fly under the radar, pay their operators the equivalent of $60USD/month to work long hours, and the boss man gets rich off of scamming old ladies in the USA out of their pensions.

the operators do it because it does pay more than most legitimate call center work, and they have lower standards, and jobs are very hard to find there... the operator gets MAYBE a 1% commission whenever he scams you out of cash, the bossman really is the only person who makes out. this part of the world has so many of it's own problems that it completely lacks the resources to address that there isn't any forcing them to fix this... they do occasionally go after the worst scammers pulling IRS scams, but it is relatively safe work for them, and almost pure profit, with very low overhead.

they also take great care to protect themselves against chargebacks...

even if they lie to you, they will game the system in a way to record you agreeing to something with none of the lies included, or they will trick you into paying via a method that can't be charged back. majority of their money comes from scamming the elderly, repeat "customers" that they call and scam over and over

PC LiveExpert tech adam smith scammed me.He showed where my computer had low security in financial data and went thru PayPal to "test" the security. He said it would take a week.

He took 1000 dollars out of Pay Pal account and sent it to India. Then he said he overpaid my Pay Pal account when he tried to put it back in by mistake. Everyday he told me I needed to pay him back for work and to get 2000 dollars in Google Play Cards at Walmart and send to him. He told me my computer will be shut down, my bank account will be frozen if he doesn't get the money.

Then he went on Amazon.com and ordered 200 dollars of Gift Play Cards. I put a block on banking against him and pay pal. LIke a fool, I was out 500 dollars that I will never see again. These people are *** I then took any connection to him off my computer, removed bank account from PayPal and closed my account.

Anybody around the world can *** PayPal, which has now happened twice It is a universal credit card. Hope everyone learns from my mistake and don't fall for that crap.

Scam sofware

Wife was fraudulently charged $199 fee for subscription after a popup claimed the computer was infected and that she needed to call the number to resolve the issues. They then walked her through allowing them to remote into the computer (to fix it) so they may have been installing a key logger or copying our data.

I'm going to reload the OS and dispute the charges.

Do not give this company your credit card information or allow them to remote into your computer, they are not legitimate.

Do not call any phone umbers which may pop up on your computer that state they help you to resolve your problems or infections. They are portraying to be legitimate companies but are not and besides the initial charges will try to get ore money later.

Charged $350-$499 every time I call for service despite active subscription

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I first registered with the iNTechnology live pc expert on 6/16/2014 for 2 years service and security. Paid 399.99.

In aug 6, 2015, and while my contract was active i had to pay $310 for service upgrade until 2018.

On July 20, 2016 while my contract was still active until 2018 I had to pay another $349.99 for security upgrade and and firewall "extending" the service warranty until 2021 On Nov 16, 2016 I had to pay $350 for "security upgrade" good for 5 years On May 1 2017 I had t pay another $499.99 for Firewall installation despite service contract till 2017 It is not possible to refuse because they demand this money after they have gotten control of your computer and thus rendering inoperable unless they finish the job. I talked to the billing office Ms Sengita (5/1) and Ms Kaveita (5/2) who verified the charges but had no expalnating for my being charged despiite active contract

DO NOT USE PC LIVE EXPERT - YOU WILL BE SORRY

Don't believe it. The say they will only be able to give you a refund if you give them your CC# again or your checking account number. I keep getting the same calls.

My screen locked up and I TURNED MY COMPUTER OFF called Frontier Communications. My message started out: Dear Frontier Communications Customer, etc, etc etc. Call this number. The message was not from Frontier, it was from a hacker.

At NO CHARGE to me the Frontier Communications walked me through starting my computer back up, cleared out the viruses, there were several, and did not charge me anything for it.

I keep getting calls from PC Live and I never signed up with them. I may have on my old computer that I got rid of a year or so ago (after removing the hard drive) but not on my new computer.

I keep blocking their calls and they just use a different number.

They say they work for Microsoft, the Microsoft person I talked to is going to look into it.

Beware - or you will be very sorry!

Live Pc Expert - Virus Removal Review from Wildwood, Florida

The screen on my laptop froze and a message appeared that my files would be deleted if I did not call the number given in "X" minutes. I was connecged to livepcexperts who told me my pc had been compromised and they would fix it for me.

Plus provide service for 1 year for $299. I paid and hoped for the best. They did manage to unlock my screen, remove viruses/worms (whatever), installed malewarebytes and Panda. I learned within days that livepcexpert might not be as reputable as I was led to believe, so I called my bank and asked for refund on my CC as I suspected I was taken in by a fraudulent enterprise.

Yesterday I received a call from livepcesperts saying I would be getting a refund. What I still dont understand is did THEY get into my comouter and cause the problem in the first place...otherwise how did they know?

Complaint screen lockup occurred and tel # to correct it sent me to them

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

my screen locked up and the instructions directed me to conatc a tel number. I was then asked to pay 250.00 to fix the problem.

I had Iyogi for my computer needs and I was told they were better. it took almost 2 days for them to eliminate Iyogi and put Mcafee onto my computer.

I feel that I was duped into signing up with them and that somehow they were able to infect my computer from afar in order to gain my $$. I spoke to Iyogi later and they claimed that that company had created fraud.

Have You Also Heard that Live PC Expert is a Rip Off??

Does not it pique the interest of those who are quite concerned about the legitimacy and quality of the services of a company about its being rip off or not?

To talk about the rip off report filed against Live PC Expert, we noticed that the customer contacted some other company, named, ‘Live PC Care’ instead of contacting ‘Live PC Expert’ and unfortunately filed a rip off report against ‘Live PC Expert’, whereas he should have filed against ‘Live PC Care’. Hence, we went for a through observation and analysis of the facts which could somehow be the reasons for a false rip off report against Live PC Expert and found certain galvanized facts.
