This company and Loral Langmeier needs to be stopped. They scam people out of their money with high pressure sales techniques. Their programs and coaches are so cookie cutter that they all spew out the same useless information. You are given 3 days to request a refund. In that 3 days, you are not allow to interview or speak with any coaches nor can you able to have access to any of the "learning information" that is provided until weeks after in my case. They say that you have full access to all the staff that I would be dealing with which is a total lie. NONE of the "coaches" were even at the 3 days to cash event I attended. Scammed out of $19,000.

Fraudulently Charged, Misrepresented Programs

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
It started with me answering the following ad on FaceBook: ADD $100k TO YOUR INCOME IN 12 MONTHS OR LESS. GUARANTEED. Tired of consultants and financial advisors telling you how to make and become wealthy when they’ve never done it themselves? Has one of them ever stepped in and offered to actually partner with you and guarantee results? Loral Langemeier is the world’s authority in creating true millionaires and lasting wealth. Now you can utilize her cutting edge $100k Challenge that delivers GUARANTEED results to people who want to add $100,000 to their pockets in 12 months or less! On October 16, 2014 I purchased the 100k Challenge program. I was surprised by the price of the program, but was led to believe by the salesman that if was a complete consulting program to get my business off of the ground. I believed that I would be working with successful entrepreneurs, with the knowledge I needed to get my business started. The contract I signed did not show that I was purchasing TWO programs. I did not see an invoice until after the three day “grace period” for a refund was over. I requested a refund of the extra program in the amount of $5,250, and was denied. I then spoke to Valerie, their representative. We discussed whether the program would be a fit for my daughter who had authored a novel. She said that they had consultants on staff that had books published. So we assigned the EXTRA program to my daughter. The problem lies in that I was unaware at the time that the program had been misrepresented to me by their salesmen. It turns out that the consultant is one lady that we can speak to eight times during the first year at 30 minute intervals. The rest of the program is pre-recorded videos and reading materials. It is a business startup course, not a consulting program. This information is not at all beneficial to my daughter, and the only advise she has been given is to sell her book one chapter at a time. Not very beneficial since the book has already been self-published and sells on Amazon. The program is not at all what I had envisioned after speaking to the salesmen. I spoke to several, the man that put us under contract was Brandon Earl, I wish I could remember the other names, they all painted a picture of a consulting program, where I would speak to consultants with expertise in individualized areas of starting a business, such as marketing, licensing, sales, accounting, etc. I was very disappointed with the program, but tried to work with it. I was trying to be optimistic that I hadn’t been robbed of my money. While in the process of putting my marketing program together, I made another huge mistake. I was contacted by Brad Eades of Live out Loud. He said that he was told that I would need help putting the money together for a proper marketing campaign. He proposed that I enter into their real estate investing program. He said that the program would be me one to one with a real estate investor that would take me by the hand every step of the way. He said my mentor would even make the first sale for me so that I could see how it was done. Then the mentor would be at my side until I felt comfortable with what I was doing. I was told that they were in the process of hiring more mentors, but the one I would be assigned would be experienced in sales nationally and internationally since the real estate market in my area was poor. He said that I could easily have my first sale done before Christmas. Optimistic I paid the $5,000 on November 24, 2014, by credit card. The program didn’t even start until after the first of the year. I called many times trying to find out who my mentor was, and when we were getting started. I was given a run-around at first, then was told it was Dallin Wall. I then found out from him that he didn’t even have the program together yet. I was pacified by Dallin sending me material to review and told to research different markets. The material revealed that this “Real Estate Investing” is preying on people in financial or personal distress, and talking them into selling their home at a discounted rate. I was sick to my stomach, but told that I just didn’t understand and I would understand more after the classes. That caught me off guard, classes…not a mentor. And the CLASSES would begin in January. There was no single mentor holding my hand. I was lied to again. I feel like a fool with rose colored glasses on. On May 27th, 2015, I requested a refund by sending them a letter via email. I had a request by Dallin Wall to speak to him two days later. I told him that I was available at any time. I have not been contacted further. I then contacted the BBB, they sent one reply, then became silent.

Live Out Loud and Loral Langemeier scam services

15 November 2008 Loral Langemeier Owner/President Live out Loud P O Box 36 Zephyr Cove, NV 89448 On the 15th of May of 2008, I subscribed for Live out Loud coaching session. On the 17 of May 2008 I sent a cancelation notice as written in the contract. It took awhile to get assistance from one of the representatives of LOL, and when I did, they never address my cancelatin request, instead they assigned me to a coach. LOL, sales peak is that students will be coach by millionaires, and that is not true. After canceling my program and trying to get my money back, they only transferred me to a different coach every time. Most of the coaches that I worked with, did not know anything about the books, and or program that Loral uses to coach people from stage. They ar not in the financial stage that Loral talks about either. They are nothing but liars. I been trying and trying to get my $3,197.00 back, they do not call me, they do not email me, since they already have my money, now they ignore me. Their services are nothing but scam, do not do business with Live out Loud or Loral Langemeier. They do not care about the students and/or consumers, all they care about is taking their money. I can not believe that Dr. Phil will have such a scam and fake services been presented in his show. I have email Loral, I talked to her once on a teleconference call, she cut me off, not wanting me to talk to her about the problems that I was having with the coaching, and all she did was, have me assigned to another coach. All I want is my $3,197.00 and to stop taking advantage of people. Its been a-while, and I am tired of trying to get my money with them, I file a dispute with my credit card company, and reported them to the BBB and doing all I can so that people will be aware of their scam.

I had a similar experience with Live Out Loud. I was unsatisfied with the coaching and got half my money back from my one credit card company.

I complained to the BBB to get my $3700 back.

The business responded by threatening me.

This should tell you volumes about how they run their business.

So I sympathize. They make money by preying on people.

I hope my $3700 was worth it.

Well it's going into fall of 2011 and the manipulation and deceit at Live Out Loud are still going strong.

I was pretty excited as I geared up for the conference with Loral and knew I had to have a business to present so I could participate in the event. What I didn't realize is that it had to be an actual company that I could do a live cash transaction. This was they can make the claim that EVERYONE makes money in 3 days.

Since I didn't have goods to produce....my business was only an idea of what I wanted to do, they ask me to leave the seminar.

It was very strange. All the participants HAD to come up with something to sell for around $10 to $20. (Cookies, a message, elder consultation and a lot of abstract consulting types of things) If participant #1 purchased from #2, then #2 could purchase from #3, etc. It was mini micro economy in the room exchanging the same $100, but they added each transaction as though it were a big deal and have everyone clap and praise, because $1,800 had been exchanged for the day. It was just the same $100 being exchanged. People would buy just so you could have to sell. After all, what the big deal? You just made $10, why not spend it?

People got hyped up, because they think they can just go blab 4 or 5 sentences to someone and they will buy from them. While they are all hyped up about their successes, Loral manipulates them into going into debt for $10,000 to go to the Big Table event....and they do it!!

As I was leaving, I heard one of the strategist or coaches tell a gentleman that they agreed that he did need to quit his second job and get his wife to take on extra kids to babysit. Then she told him (hot blonde talking to an insecure man btw) that he needed to plan on maxing out that credit card to make this work. So sad.....
