Hello my name is jenee Sewell and I am an employee for yours in Wheatland CA and I let the manager know that live nation had a registered sex offender as a security guard at the venue he's on mages law and he was a rehire and I'm a victim of him when I was 15 they ignored me then sent me home they never did a back ground check on him I was humiliated white an panic attack when I seen him again when I showed up for training story short your venue was very unsafe for a year prior to this and as a result of my fear and your neglect to assure my safety I moved to Vegas and am homeless I am suggesting immediate payment of 40,000 if my needs are not meet I will make forward to a law suit that I will surly win for the neglect to maintained a safe work place and pain and suffering I am very sad that I was unable to experience the wonderful things live nation has to offer I do and will have my lawyer contact you if this demand is not meet the hr that has assessed me is kalia turner thank you have a nice day ps I still to this day go to counseling in regards to this matter with Brian Sedgwick just Google his name and you will see he's a high Risk offender tht is more likely to reoffend I can't sleep at light wondering how many little girls he has hurt in your venue my phone number is 530315**** if this demand is meet I you or the media or courts will never hear from me again thank you jenee sewell

Awful

My wife and I were each supposed to get a free copy of the latest Jimmy Buffett CD with each ticket. We went to the August 14th show in Mansfield MA. We have yet to receive either one and can't get a hold of ticket master. Phone says to email through the website. But no email form anywhere. Such BS!

No human contact

No human contact ever but it says they employ 28000 but everything is automated BS I should have a refund for a concert that was canceled. I have a Ticket for the same show via VIVID SEATS &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; they refunded my money last Friday 10/8/2021 but not a peep from Live Nation. They cannot be that backed up with 28000 employees and if it's just a full refund it should be automated and done in a day. It makes no sense,except they want to hold my/your money as long as possible.

I wanted confirmation that what I had on my phone was all I needed.

I did not get ANY answers from them, I was just looking for a customer service number! Not to be found. Put some kind of customer service number on your website!

Season tickets for Bank of NH Pavillion

Purchased Season tickets to Bank of NH Pavillion through Live Nation. Purchased specific seats, with stipulation they are sometimes replaced if show is "general admission" with GA tickets. This year, a few of my tickets have been posted to my account but I cannot print, sell, donate, or access them in any way and multiple calls to Brian Joyce -Dir Venue Sales - has NOT resolved anything. Also, my tickets/seating are has been taken over for some concerts by a different type of seating and my tickets pushed back to another section while these areas are being RE-SOLD to others! The premium seating area that I ALREADY PURCHASED!!! They say they are being sold as "pods" but I am not being offered first chance to buy other seats to create a pod nor being compensated as I purchased that premium area and they are now re-selling it. I want access to ALL my tickets as other have already been re-selling these on other sites and we are within weeks of some of these concerts.

Renegged on agreement to refund tickets

I had an extenuating circumstance and couldn't attend the concert I bought tickets for because I had to go out of the country. At first I explained the situation to them and they agreed to refund the tickets no problem. But then they changed their mind and started messing me around with no explanation. So I asked them to send me the tickets and they couldn't provide them either, leaving me with no options. Eventually I complained to Better Business Bureau and they sent me the full refund. They don't keep their word, and don't send the tickets until the last minute so you can't gift them or sell them if you can't use them. They also operate under other names to hide themselves from the public.

Evil racist black worker Linda manhandles women gets aggressive

I went to the sound garden concert In Tampa weeks ago in august 2014. I was entering VIP and encountered a very nasty evil black nlgger lady named Linda. Linda. In her 50s decided to pick on me and manhandle me. She was putting wrist bands on people. She began getting aggressive with me grabbing my hand and accusing me of walking away. Which made no sense. Linda was crazy and evil. She then complained to my date about me. I was just sitting there holding my arm out normally and crazy psycho Linda began abusing me. Then whining abt me to my date. For no reason. Linda was just an angry jealous black bltch who was jealous of me cuz I'm an attractive minority. How dare she. Linda shud be fired. Livenation hires nutjobs to work for them. Beware of Linda the evil angry nlgger ***

LiveNation tickets sent me the wrong tickets

I have just had the worst concert experience of my life, thanks to LiveNation and Toyota Pavilion – and I have been to hundreds of concerts in my 48 years. I purchased 2 lawn 4-packs on the LiveNation website for the Journey/Heart/Cheap Trick concert scheduled for August 16, and paid a total of $210.20 - $85 plus $20.10 in processing fees for each 4-pack. I received two tickets in the mail, each reading “lawn 4-pack” at the bottom right-hand corner. There was no reason for me to think I had received anything other than what I had ordered. There were seven people, including three small children, in my group, and a friend had paid me $25 to use the eighth seat and was planning to meet us at the gate. When we arrived at the gate an hour before show time, we were told that we should have received eight tickets, and we would have to go to the box office to have LiveNation’s error corrected. The friend who had purchased my eighth seat was with another group, and decided to purchase another ticket so their group would not be late for the show, so I refunded her the $25 she had paid me. My husband and I then left my two children standing at the gate with my sister and her family (piled high with blankets), walked ½ mile to the box office, and explained to 5 different people what had happened before someone was able to help us – but they would only give us 7 tickets even though I had paid for eight. In the meantime, the show had already started, and we didn’t get to our seats until well into the third song. By then, there was no place left in the family section, so we were forced to sit in the general section, where we had to inhale cigarette smoke (we are all non-smokers, and I am an asthmatic) and my children had beer spilled on them. We left before Journey even came onstage, as we began to fear for our children’s safety because the majority of the people were becoming seriously intoxicated. A person behind us in line at the box office said the same thing had happened to him and to others. Ticket buyers beware!
