Assault
To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Daniel. I am a disabled Asian American, and I am writing to report a deeply traumatic incident of assault, harassment, and discrimination that occurred at the Maryland Live Casino Hotel in 2022, located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
I was minding my own business and attempting to check into the hotel when I was suddenly and aggressively approached by one of the hotel employees, a man named Mr.
Johnson. Without any provocation, Mr. Johnson chased me, verbally abused me, and made repeated attempts to physically assault me.
What made this even more horrifying was that Maryland Live Casinos security officers stood by and watched the entire event unfold. They did absolutely nothing to intervene, protect me, or stop the assault.
Their inaction caused me to feel deeply unsafe, traumatized, and discriminated against.
As a person with a disability, and as an Asian American, I believe my civil rights were violated.
I have suffered severe emotional harm, and the incident has left lasting psychological effects, including anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and fear of being in public or crowded places.
I am asking for help in holding Maryland Live Casino and its staff accountable for their actions and negligence. I am also seeking legal support and assistance in making sure this never happens to another vulnerable person again.
Please treat this as a formal cry for help and action.

"caused me to feel deeply unsafe, traumatized" This a great reason to say at home and out of the way of people who can exist outside without feeling trauma. With that said, what did YOU do this time or the last time that you were at that place?
I'm sure someone didn't decide to *** rush you for no reason. Planks that pad complaints with facts that no one cares about are usually the aggressor.
