The communication with this company is nonexistent. It takes forever to get anything fixed or taken care of, doesn't matter how many times you go into the office to speak with someone or how many times you turn in a work order, it just never seems to be a priority or a care.
Don't get me wrong. The ladies in the office are very nice and I'm sure they deal with a lot of issues weekly, but this is a safety issue that I have been very vocal about, about my safety here and quite frankly the safety of others with some residents. I have given proof, verbal and video.
And this is all over a lightbulb for my safety. I've been given no other choice after a month of trying to get this resolved, but to contact corporate now.

LiveBH owns multiple apartment complexes around in Florida, mostly around Tampa Bay, multiple of them have a lot of issues like rodents and a lack of pest control, etc. Their employees are underpaid, have little to none control over anything, and if there are any issues that a regular office employee can't fix, especially if it has anything to do with money, LiveBH will have you jumping through hoops and will make support dreadfully slow and complicated in order for the customer to get any reasonable help.
