Litton and Ocwen are stealing money
Litton sold my loan to Ocwen in Nov. 2011 now Ocwen say I owe them for a escrow account that i had with Litton, I have never had a escrow account. I pay my owe taxes and insurance. I filed bankruptcy in 2003 and 2006 so how could I still owe Litton anymore money. My bankruptcy was pif and discharged March 2012. I have a statement from Litton showing a zero balance for escrow. Ocwen is now saying the balance is from 2004-****. Wow if there was a escrow balance Litton would have made sure it was included in the bankruptcy. I am so tired a agruing with these people. They need to be investigated...

Litton Loan Servicing sold my loan to Ocwen Loan Servicing.
Ocwen sent me statements on 12/09/2012 that I was eight(8) payments behind ($7,496.70) . I was in Chapter 13 Bankrupt. I was in Chapter 13 for two years. I paid the Trustee $1250.00 per month for two years. The trustee paid my house payment every month ,a totale of$18,133.26 thru 01/17/2012.So I would like for Litton Loan Servicing to tell me where all of my money went to. I have proof that all of the payments were made by Chapter 13 Trustee. If I don`t find out I will file a Law SuitAgainst Litton. Thank you. William N Buckles Jr.

Litton Loan & Ocwen Should Go To Jail For Theft
August 2011, just signed permanent docs on the loan modification and had them notorized and sent back 15th. Received another letter stating a one page was signed wrong, and they faxed it to our home and we fixed it and faxed it back, 27th. We assumed it was completed and a done deal when on the 30th, of August, we get a letter from Ocwen stating that we were to sent our September payment to them that Litton was no longer our servicer. Surprised, we did, and on that note our nightmare began. Ocwen sent letters from the 1st of Sept. 2011 to now stating we owe thousands of dollars, payments were never paid, Loan Modification did not exist and so forth. We have spent thousands of dollars fighting them to prove them wrong and they call to harass us often and we never receive monthly statements. They would not let us make payments on line so we started using Money Gram and kept making payments anyway. They keep sending letters stating when are we going to make payments. We contacted Money Gram and they told us they have our money, that we need to contact Ocwen to ask what have they done with our money and whose pocket is the money in. This is grand theft in any terms. How can we win against this kind of fraud, any suggestions? One attorney we saw three weeks ago stated he could write a letter for us for $1500.00, we said no thank you we are now broke and walked out the door. We are pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disugusted at these Crooks!
Litton never removed late charges AFTER I ALREADY PAID THEM and then my loan got turned over to Ocwen and I can't get thru to them either. Copies of my statements, payments with amounts and dates and even bank statements make no difference! Every letter I received from them is a contradiction to the previous one. They keep adding on MORE late charges from past years!!! The last person I talked to was "Balram" and he offered NO EXPLANATION for the misinformation and was silent on the phone when I provided proof and asked him how can they justify the late charges when they weren't there previously??!! HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS???!!! I want to be a part of any lawsuit against these sick crooks!!

I dont know if OCWEN is Better or Worse than Litton
Firstly OCWEN lost all our informationa on our 2nd Mortgage I even hired an attorney to track it down and he got the same run around, then my loan was transferred to Litton and we got the SAME run around, then on 11/1/11 I found out that OCWEN is back in our lives they have both our mortgages but still dont have any info on the second one, so they send me a massive bill for what they think it was and I AM REFUSING TO PAY! these 2 companies are bottom feeders and need to be dealt with ASAP who do I report them to? Also does anyone speak english at OCWEN?

LITTON LOAN IS HORRIBLE!!!!
they will not work with you, DONT try a modification it will only make it worse!!!! they will tell you not to make you payment through the process, you get behind on your payment that way, they come back monts later and denie you for some rediculous reason or another, or they tell you you didnt get the information in that they requested on time, EVEN THOUGH you have proof you did! then you get a letter the ttells you their about to forclose on you, then you have to come up with all the money they told you not to pay, we finally gave up sold the house in a short sale over a year ago and now they say we owe taxes on $48,000.00.......... REALLY? this is the money they lost, well lets see i bought the house for $134,000.00 lived there 4 years and sold it for $120,000.00 you do the math!

Litton Loan Servicing SUCKS!
I called them up in 2008 and asked for assistance in my mortgage! My payments were 5K a month which wasn't a problem until economy crashed! They said to me..."Why would we offer you a loan modification if by foreclosing on you, we can pretty much get all our money back" I felt the representative and with her tone of voice sounded sarcastic! I was then 3 months behind on my mortgage and was desperate for any help! I lost my home in August of 2008, it was very difficult for my family especially my two sons were 2 and a half and 1 year at that time.

Continue to add late fees even when its paid months before it's due.
i kept getting letters saying that i oue late fees. The following month i send in a double late fee, the next month they told me they did not recieve any late fees they recieved a payment and all that was sent was applied to the balance of my mortage, in turn i told them that on the check that i sent clearly stated that the late fees are included, they told me they did not see that on the check but just make sure i'll send it in next month, did i? i only send in the mortage that was due this company is very unprofessional and full of the bull i owe 3 more payments never ever coming back to this DUMB company.

Litton Screws Consumers and Gov lets them
I refinanced my home in December 2003 with American Equity Mortgage in Kansas City, Mo. for 8.75%. American Equity sold and resold my mortgage so many times and had it so messed up that I had to take Chapter 13 bankruptcy to save my home. It ended up with Litton and while in bankruptcy they added so many charges to my account it was pathetic. I had to contact their attorney and deal with them. In 2007, I contacted their attorneys and offered a settlement of $130,000 and they sent an appaiser that appraised my home at $115,000. Instead of accepting or rejecting the offer, after my attorney released the funds they applied $101,000 to principal and took $29000 for every fee they could come up with. I filed complaints with FBI mortgage fraud when I found out American Equity's loan officer told the appraiser that they needed a $200,000 appraisal and they came back with a $190,000 appraisal. They did nothing. I contacted HUD, but since it was a conventional loan, they did nothing. I contacted the Missouri Division of Finance, but since Litton was in Texas they could do nothing. I contacted "The Missouri Attorney General's Office, but they could do nothing, because Litton was in Texas. I contacted former Senator kit Bond's office and they sent my complaint to the Texas Attorney General's office but they could do nothing, because the property was in Missouri. Our elected officials have taken all the teeth out of consumer fraud by giving these vultures every break. I tried to contact an attorney to go after Litton, but due to all the upfront charges, being on social security, handicapped, and broke, was unable to pursue, what I believe to be fraud. I tried to find an attorney to go after Litton on a case, involving all consumers, but could find no one to pursue it. It only makes sense to me that if the government fined Goldman-Sacs $550 million dollars for defrauding investors, went after Deustch Bank for defrauding the government on HUD loans for $500 million dollars and going after them for an additonal billion dollars, that Litton has been defrauding investors, ie: home owners as well. How does a company grow from being worth 0 in 1988, to selling out to Goldman-Sacs in 2007 for 450 million dollars, unless they have been defrauding home owners? If you know someone who would like to file a class action suit against Litton, have them contact me. Gary Amerine 816-214-****.

Why have a website that won't accept payments??
For multiple months in a row, when I have entered in all my banking information for an electronic payment--the site freezes. I filled out an Ombudsman email complaint and even that didn't work! Kept saying "incorrect loan holder name".... Called the Ombudsman #, got someone in India who told me to press #9 on the toll free # to talk to a person. Didn't even exist when I tried that. Called them again and couldn't hear. He said call back later because they were having phone issues in India. It's like water torture.....one can never get anything resolved. EVER! I also wonder if the website malfunction is deliberate so that your payments end up being "late" and they collect interest fees...? My huge take away from my personal Litton/Ocwen disaster--NEVER do something as critical as a home mortgage with anything other than a local Bank where you can establish a relationship, talk to a real person and resolve any issues quickly. Many of us allowed ourselves to get suckered into "low mortgage rates" and didn't consider the downside. Lesson learned the hard way by me.

GOLDMAN SACHS, LITTON LOAN SERVICING AND U. S. BANK ALLOWS EMBEZZLEMENT OF DECEDENT'S ESTATE
A CLEAR CASE OF CORRUPTION AND WHY MONEY SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF POLITICS A 74 year old veteran and longstanding homeowner had a sub prime equity mortgage loan with Washington Mutual Home Loan. The loan was in good standing and was not in default at the time of death. WAMU was fully aware of his passing because the U. S. Post office was informing WAMU employees returning his mail back to them, marked, "DECEASED RETURN TO SENDER." Having such knowledge, WAMU officials still transferred and sold loan to Litton Loan Servicing, LP who initiated wrongful Foreclosure action in Circuit Court on a decedent which is null and void. Washington Mutual Bank should have been Petition for Juridical Probate in the Orphans Court in lieu of filing a legal lawsuit against a decedent. Attorney for WAMU filed a 'LOST NOTE AFFIDAVIT WITH THE COURT. IN ADDITION, JASON BOURDEAU SIGNED AN AMENDED DEED OF REMOVAL AND APPOINTMENT OF "SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE AS VICE PRESIDENT AND AUTHORIZING AGENT WITH U. S. BANK, NA. However, manager at corporate offices for U. S. Bank indicated they had no one by that name that worked for their company and more ROBO SIGNING on the filed foreclosure affidavit documents. Litton Loan Servicing, LP in their Default Unit fraudulently overcharged deceased relative late fees indicated on their Payment History Record. Although, Washington Mutual Bank indicated he was not late on their Payment History Transaction record. Litton Loan Servicing, LP who was a subsidiary of GOLDMAN SACHS authorized an illegal break in with forcible entry and whole contents of his household was removed without a court order, sheriff's office and family's permission. Field Inspectors hired by the company of 1st Baltimore Acquisition and Prosperity System broke into deceased home and committed grand larceny burglarizing belongings, i.e. furniture, housewares, antiques, chinaware, silverware, computer, televisions, other personal affects, (i.e. insurance policy's, bank books, other legal document records, money, and etc.) family memorabilia. At date, no formal action has been taken against banks for fraud and crimes continue to be COVERED-UP. A former Litton employee stated for the record that other Litton homeowners have also been victimized by BPO's and Field Inspectors are were hired out by Litton to stake out and secure other homes in foreclosure. The Litton employee indicted inspectors break locks to do inspections, and removed contents of homes, which was the same case regarding the deceased homeowner. The family has caused to believe that the real estate investment outfit who ended up stealing decedent's home were also the Field inspectors that bid on the home at the Auction Sale. The attorneys for Litton had unclean hands and believed to be in cahoots with Purchasers named above that bid on family's home at Auction sale who had defaulted on their loan settlement agreement contract for up to (5) months. Banks involved also had knowledge of mortgagors death because his court file documented bills sent by Litton to the hospital doctors and Shock Trauma unit after being hospitalized and later dying. The family requested a HUD COUNSELOR'S to ask Litton lawyer's to reinstate the loan so she could recoup family's home. Again, sub trustee lawyer's ignored request and asked court for a resale that was granted. The lawyer requested a resale from the court which was also granted. When family telephoned attorneys to verify Resale they were not told until the last minute that Litton attorneys canceled Auction Resale without notifying the family or the court. During telephone conversation the family learned that the defaulted purchaser, 1st Baltimore Acquisition, LLC had finally came up with loan financing for decedent's home after there was a personal representative for the family's estate. Decedent's property was than multiple listed with a real estate company who then put home back on the market for a resale of $200,000 twice the auction price, which is PROPERTY FLIPPING. The defaulted purchasers did not transfer DEED OF TRUST or title out of deceased name UNTIL after the estate had been formal opened. It was a deliberate and intentional act by Litton lawyer's and with the aiding and abetting of the court kept family from intervening to save decedents home. Even though the law provides that Personal Representative had full rights to handle decedents affairs. Finally, the Accounting Report for the distribution of Auction Sale was flawed and fraudulent and did not include the theft of my relatives personal property. The auditor overcharged late fees, interest, foreclosure/auction fees, and attorney fees which is illegal racked up over $17,000 illegal fees due to filing a foreclosure action in lieu of filing a Probate Estate. The family requested that auditor include in his report theft of relatives personal property, which he became very agitated hanging the phone up. The court did not intervene to assist family to stop fraudulent behavior of attorneys. AFTER BANKRUPTCY LITTON SOLD MY LOAN TO OCWEN
Since Litton Bank refuse to negotiate my loan after lost my job, and never call me back when I requested help to modified my loan to afford my payments due to my new very low income, I was forced to move to another state to find a better Job and go for Bankruptcy. They were notified after my court date and although this notification, they gave my loan to a collection company. The government needs to investigate such dirty actions and proceed legally against Litton. Companies like Litton must be closed after too many complaints in regarding the dirty way they work.

Had a loan through Litton, after they bought my home loan paper back in 1999.We sold our home after hurricane Katrina and the loan was satisfied on our part(we have all the paperwork to prove this).Today 02/17/12 my wife and myself have on our credit reports from Litton an outstanding debt of some $86,000.00 .I have sent them a very nice letter with copies of the paperwork showing They got their money and still nothing done. This was done in 2009 and here I am in 2012 still trying to get these *** to remove their debt....Currently have an attorney working on this.My point here is if I did my job as efficient as these people....I would not have a job to pay my bills.

The Litton Loan transfer was very sloppy. Misapplied payments, padded escrow accounts, ect.
You need to attack Ocwen aggressively and dispute the overall validity of the debt per the FDCPA. If this right, Ocwen will eventually cave in and correct the issue.
I have extensive experience battling Ocwen. Feel free to call me at 877.297.7011 with any questions.
Hello sir
Would you please contact me about your issue with Ocwen and Litton? You can email me at nhart@***.com
