Worst retail experience EVER. Where do I begin...On 8/19 my husband of one year decided to give me a ring upgrade, I was so excited because it was unexpected and I know he really loves me. I bought my husband a wedding band from there about 8 years ago. Just had the gold checked on it. Its a fake. Who do I contact about this matter. Because I am about to call the police for fraud.

My wife just visited your Wyoming Valley mall location in PA. She was there to pickup a ring which was repaired. She was there at 10:00am when the store is supposed to open. She stood outside the locked store for 15 minutes while the store employees stood around talking to each other. They saw her standing there. She should have been in and out. My wife and I go to Littman Jewelers in Hamilton Mall in New Jersey because she lost a diamond out of her ring we had it inspected in April could not find the inspection report that they gave us but they had it on record and we are told that we still have to pay the full price for the ring to be repaired which I think is totally wrong... all the other jewelry store is that I know of keep records They don't leave it up to their customers to keep... We had purchased a movado watch for my sons graduation from college. About 6 months later when the watch stopped working he noticed the tab had broken off. We brought it right back to the store and they said it would be sent out for repair. unfortunately they sent it to a local watch repairman!... Read more

The automated system for payments has been broken for months. New customer service on accounts is in INDIA. No one wanted to TAKE a payment. When I finally agreed, they required ALL my private information, including banking (that had already been input into the web-pay) again. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY.
